+ 10 Just me, getting things done at TRT dose
ad
So I'm currently sitting at 175mg of testosterone Cypionate alone. Decided to share my current form. I'm doing my regular routine with six weight training sessions per week + three cardio sessions. I preffer to do combat sports as a cardio, usually we do Muay Thai or MMA for 90 minutes in the morning. I like to have one day off, for my family, so I only train six days a week. My current weight is 109.2Kg and last cycle is 44weeks ago.

AirborneGruntLooking good my man!!!!
Oorah my man!
Nice work. Looks like you have everything dialed in.
Thank you sir, I appreciate that, especialy from some old gun, who is competing and looking great themselves
Yukon_JackGoes to show hard work& tracking/meeting macro goals daily does more than these guys running 25 exotics for 30 weeks & they can’t break 200lbs or loose that gut.
Hard work, dedication & knowing about macronutrients is what i see here! Good shit bro! Keep on going
I feel attacked
Absolutely! Every gym have these twenty-something old guys who run crazy doses of testosterone alongside with multiple compounds that they've bought from another gymbro, yet still geting nowhere, except acne on their back and plenty of water weight... Appreciate your comment brother.
Tbh genetics plays a huge role. Some guys respond incredibly well to low doses of AAS whereas another guy on the exact same diet and training program will not see a quarter of the results guy #1 sees running the same dose and compound(s).
It does, that's without doubt. But What I meant to point out is that the guy unable to gain some quality weight over time, without use of anabolics should stay far away from them. Guys with no progress whilist on anabolics are even worse part of the gym culture....
Thats a fantastic physique considering you are ONLY on a trt dose. 90 minutes of cardio every morning? And you're lifting 6 days a week? Shit, man you must have your diet dialed in.
Thanks man. I don't do cardio every morning, only three times a week with usually one day off, between these sessions. Yet still, I care a lot about my diet in terms of micro/macro nutrients. I consume plenty of high quality calories each and every day. Plus I really like and enjoy to cook healthy which is big advantage over everyone, who don't cook at all...
Nice work ----
Thanks David
