Some serious recomp brother, but be sure to get Cabaser or Prami. That tri tren is going to create some serious Prolactin issues especialy w the mast, just a little bit of prami before bed will keep u dry as steel wool baby and can boost GH serum 300%. +1

yea doing 3miles daily out on a fast walk/jog and eating really healthy.im at 215 right now havent lost much weight just gained muscle and a lot harder.
Looks like its making noticeable changes to your physique...you are much more defined. +1 Is this alot of bodyweight and cardio?..not familiar w/ it and just curious. I'll switch up sometimes for variety and get heavy on the high intensity cardio to drop baggage.
