Currently at 145lbs, down from 157 about 5-6 weeks ago. Been training 6 days a week and I have really cleaned up my diet. Also running albuterol 4mg, 3x/day. Not trying to be the skinniest girl at the gym, but I wouldn't mind being the strongest. Really just wanting to tone and shape, while losing excess fat. I'm looking for some feedback and encouragement. I used to run marathons about 10 years and 30 lbs ago, but I'm new to weight training. Please be kind ;-)

145 isn't that bad of a weight but I see that you're in pursuit of goal so keep going all out

RustyhookerNice! Thats great work!
Thank you so much. Cant wait to see how I change
Looking good, I can see the muscle in those legs. Clean your diet up and watch the fat fall off, oh and always lift heavy. If you think you can't, you're wrong
I have seen a difference since ive cleaned up my diet, its a bit hard for me. I love to lift!!
Solid foundation! Easy to tell you got lots of muscle under there, can't wait to see what you can do!! +1

Anondamn nice
Nice starting point. Hitting the weights hard and you'll have some amazing wheels + 1
Thank you for the build up! Ill be more willing to post progress picks now. Cant wait to hit the gym later today
AnonWelcome! You can tell you have some strength in those legs. Just remember, you can't "tone".. You can only build muscle and lose the fat on top. Good work mama, keep it going!
Thank you IronBlonde for the welcome, Im glad that you can see some strength in my legs. So far my max squat is 185LBS
AnonJust wait!!! One day your max is 185... After putting in some quality time under the bar with lots of food and rest, you'll be shocked how quickly you will increase your max. 225 will be your bitch in no time. +1 for the balls to post pics & the good attitude!
I'm not sure what to think, I was thinking that a good goal would be 200LBS, but now, thanks IB!!! Legs are feeling good tonight.
AnonFuck 200 lbs! Lol! Depending on your bar (idk what you're workin with) 185 is a plate (45 lbs) and a quarter (25 lbs) next logical increase is 2 plates- hence the 225.
Take your time & train smart- see how it feels to you, how much more you can push yourself & do so safely ... Good luck , keep me updated .
Check this out!!- This past Thursday I max squat lbs
lol my hubs said the same thing, shows how new I am! 155 was feeling good yesterday to be back from being sick.
Looking great so far!! Gonna be an all star in a few months if you keep it up!! +1
JH12 lbs in 6 wks on not too shabby at all. Keep up the good work....+1
