6'1 229lbs and last time I measured my arms they were 19.25 with a pump which if fairly good cause I have long ass arms later on I'll probably take a full body shot but I'm def in proportion legs aren't twigs or anything lol...I just wonder how it's gonna go cause next week I'm on vacation and it's hard to stay away from all that good ass food ima be around. Normally I don't drink but Im afraid I prob will be all next week
