1 week in on PCT (no meds), with absolutely no sides as of today, or up until today; very minimal shutdown. I ran very low Test because Test is the side effect bully. I ran Tren A for 7 weeks and NPP for 8, Test Prop .75 twice per week. I actually lost weight with this strict diet, 212 in February, 2019; down to 203 when I started cycle down to 192 here in the pic. Definitely under 10% BF. I usually have a large Carb shake before gym, look a bit bloated around midline because my stomach is somewhat full of shake and water. 1 part of a 3 part breakfast. I am slowly developing the esteem to post a full body pic-sooner than later. I'm shooting clean until next March. I am contemplating running a TRT dose of Test E. Doing blood early next week so we will see. I'm always very concerned about elevated creatinine. Everything has been fine so we will see what this 7-8 week blast resulted in with regards to liver and kidney enzymes. I did eat very clean this time around. I drink alot of water. .5 gallon on a bad day. 1 gallon on average. I consume orange juice early AM and with the Carb shake. Keep my carbs earlier or before mid day/noon

I'll post 1 of my legs. Shredded but not symmetrical. Small bro. Or maybe just in my head. I'll post in a few. I've got 15.5 inch calves but they are tore back big time. Legs are ok. Just disproportional. Nothin to brag about

Hey man. I stopped drinking chocolate milk and just chilled. I eat alot but got alot of chx and rice. It sucks ass but I'm getting used to it. I knocked off 6,-7 inches since I posted the last pic in the silver shirt. All food bro. 213 to 192 today. I dropped from 2013 to 203 before doing that 7 week tren, npp with just a tiny bit of test. No sides at all. Tedt is a demon for me. Just learned that. I shed alot just from food bro

I learned a bit from your behaviors from your last EBC. Fuck bro I have alot of questions. You put on good size bit lost weight. I know for fact that 20 years ago your results would have been a totally different story. I'm in the same boat. Im nailing it slowly but tenderly and surely so. I'm up to 198 2 days ago, missed 2 days in a row from gym, and seem to maintain. I've been snacking alot of carbs, had 1 lb of chic and some bell pepper and onion last night, had a massive carb shake this morning with 8 raw egg whites, 2 bananas, and 12 oz or so of Full Pulp OJ. Just gets expensive. I havnt been eating alot, but get down at least 1800, 2000 good quality calories a day; 100 grams of protein or mare and 100 grams of carbs early AM. I'm not really watching the carbs but leaning a bit. My fat intake, or Phat intake, lol, is peanut butter or a bit of cheese; I'm thinking, who knows, 50 grams maybe more, no grease, no milk, lean diet but I'm staying toned. Got my 6 pack ONLY because of the food Rusty

If I can look as good as you I'd be happy. It's all food intake. I choke on some shit. Burp up acid and sulfur etc etc. Just plain crazy. I'm kinda chubby in this pic. Ate alot yesterday and alot of water

Not sure if it will help ya but i use a table spoon of brags apple cider vinegar on 4 of my 7 meals aday. And i dont suffer from heart burn or acid reflux. I believe it has helped me..

Dropped my waist from a 38 to a 32. Its a bit bloated there but I did some pics back in Feb with a silver shirt and a beard. Holy Moly what a difference. I just stopped drinking milk and eating bread and junk. Focused more on fish, chx, rice and pasta. Just ate 3 cans of tuna with a bit of mayo, onion, pickle and tomatoes. I had my waiste down before running this 8 week cycle. That cycle really peeled me back bigtime

The dedication shows brother, I know how hard it is in your 40's to gym and life like your in your 20's. Sometimes I feel a bit run down, but I take a couple/three days off, eat well, catch up on lost rest, then I've got so much energy I'm bouncing off the walls, lol. We had talked about it before, my diet is pretty much same as yours aside from the canned tuna, I just can't do it. Keep it up and stay in touch, I enjoy tracking your progress. I'll have a pic up soon, I'm down around 10% wearing 30" waist jeans and my belt down tight to hold then up.

Now that I've been able to lower my fat around my midsection, it's all diet. I can see overnight what I eat and the water I consume day to day. Every morning I get up I pinch my belly. Amazing. I can literally feel my food intake from The day before. You are what you eat

Ya I do 3 days miss all the time. As long as I get 4 days a week and 1 day after back/traps. Its tough sticking to that routine. I get em in though and work hard.
You are what you eat. that us where it's at in the end. I'm happy that I've buckled dow 80%. I'm not dot on. Still nibbling on junk here and there but no more chocolate milk

Bro there's no reason for you to be jealous, I'm sure there are alot of ppl in your personal life that are jealous of you. I think it's just easy for us to loose perspective and not see ourselves the way others see us. I had something happen to me over the weekend got me thinking hard on that. I lost all my fat on tren and now I feel small, but two pretty good-sized dudes walked by me in the grocery store, I was wearing a stringer tank, and they were talking about how big and jacked I was. And I see myself differently.

I get the same way nd when fat is gone, so is a bit of strength, for me anyhow, and your thick, you have alot to work with. Low fat man, your lean and alot bigger than me. like I said, I had a 38 inch waist, 213 lbs back in Feb. I did post a few picks. I dropped 10 just with food and work then lost another 10 running that Tren and NPP. Fast and firm...done. Hit me good, just could not sleep worth shit. Im Not in need of a pct but I've taken a couple .5 ml Test E, every 5th day 125 mgs; Doing bloods in a couple days. Imma cruise on TRT dose til I learn more about the EBC.

I've been following your progress and I think you're doing great Raw, honestly I think you're just like me, you're impatient, you want it and you want it now, lol. But your progress is great for a short time, this is a turtle race and we should pace ourselves and enjoy our journey. I was watching a "Yo Elliott" vid on YouTube a couple months ago and he was talking about the importance of accepting ourselves and keeping our self esteem up during all stages of the journey. We're raw steel being molded into a finished product, some of the process to getting to the finish isn't always pretty but it's absolutely necessary to get there.

Patience keeps me from going to hard and burning out. Just being careful, I tend to go to the extreme. I'm actually proud that I'm chilling better now than I have ever. Yup it's a slow process, and I'm maintaining, could have ate more and drank more water today but it's still early. Trying to not beat myself up

Man it does, you ain't kidding. I ran Makwa's "Brutal Month of Arms" which is 4 cycles of 7 days on then 3 days off and by day two I wanted to go back, by day 3 I was having withdrawals, lol.
