Made use of the latest BOGOF deal from my friends at IronLion. Been running the gh for the past few weeks at 3iu per day with success, had to order more in advance of upping the dose to 5iu on my blast. Very quick delivery considering they also had a short holiday at the start of the month. As always, a satisfied customer.

3iu all at once or split ? When you jump to 5iu how are you going to split up the dosage
3iu all at once and when I up it to 5iu it too will be all at once pre bed. I've read about GH having an impact on insulin if taken throughout the day and having meals with carbs not being so beneficial so I'll be dosing it all at once pre bed.

How are you getting on this cycle? Have you added the Proviron yet?
It's been going good although I spent just over a week in Tunisia and came down with a stomach bug so didn't make any progress. I threw the proviron at 50mg and cardarine at 20mg in on April 20th and will be getting bloods pulled next Wednesday to see how it's impacting my free test and shbg then I'll leave a review.
I still have around 20lbs to cut so 6-8 weeks more of hard dieting and I'm going to drop the Anavar on Monday and I'm thinking about starting Masteron Prop I have on hand.

I never ordered them yet actually, cos the plan was to just drop the anavar and see how it recovers so on the next set of bloods when the orals have properly left the system I'll see. Cardarine can have a positive effect on lipids too.

And honestly, you’ll probably notice even more once you bump up to 5iu consistently.
One thing I’ve personally learned with Growth Hormone is that the magic is usually more about consistency and duration than just blasting huge doses for short periods.
The longer-term tissue/recovery/body composition effects really start adding up over time. If you can keep it rolling consistently for 6+ months, that’s usually where GH starts showing its true value IMO.

The gains over time are very long lasting too, possibly permanent positive structural gains even if you take a break. Gh is great. And yea 5iu is my sweet spot

just over 74 quid, coming in at roughly 75p per iu. I know GH can be found cheaper but IL have been around for the longest time with so many customers and tests carried out that I think it's worth it. I'm going to get my levels tested soon enough so I'll come back and update this or just post a new thread.
