I’ve done 210mg/day lol. Var is a short half life, so I feel like I have to dose 3x a day: morning, lunch, night. And all I had laying around was 70mg tabs that wouldn’t cut for shit and just crumble. So I said fuck it and tossed 1 tab in each of my pill box slots.
And yes they had Janos showing legit 70mg per tab
