Utilizing these guidelines I will be running 1 kit at 5iu Daily and will get serum GH and IGF-1 through Quest LC/MS method.
cycle currently is
Test C - 375
Mast E - 600
Metformin - 1g
no orals or AI
had to change current cycle based on blood work
I will be running 1000mg metformin split AM/PM and I do not want anyone to come on here and say that reduces IGF-1, if anything there is evidence of it increasing IGF1. Know what else increases IGF1? All AAS. (look it up)

About the only time I see the whole mast/metformin or whatever compound lowering IGF issue come up is when a source says something to cover their ass because someone scored a low bloodtest on their GH. Sources just using it as a cop out. Take what you want to take and it may lower somewhat but not enough to cause a really low score. IGF should be significantly elevated beyond baseline no matter what other compounds you are on. Having a baseline is the most important thing though.
This is gold and has been my suspicion this entire time, Iron had no issue with the cycle or aux I am running

I seen many bloods where mast is used and it lowers igf-1
Does anavar, winstrol, primobolan do this also? they are also DHT derivatives, primo very similarly chemically to mast, why mast?
how? what mechanism? is it because it was used on breast cancer? it was prescribed as an antiestrogen not IGF1 reducer

Look what I found. This shows that LC/MS is more accurate then RIA when measuring androstenedione. RIA overestimated by 52-174%.

Lab corp uses either RIA or ICMA. It's safe to say that immunoassays in general are inaccurate, Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry is superior. This further supports the claim the Mast doesn't actually lower IGF -1, rather interferes with the immunoassay. Your upcoming test should put this to bed.
