It's been a while, I've been off eroids and just have been doing my own thing. Currently somewhere between 7 and 4 weeks out from my next show... not telling which because you psychotic fucks will try to find out which one. 5'5" 195 lbs. these were taken last night and post workout today after a ridiculous refeed day yesterday. Literally ate till I was sick all day long and loved every minute of it.
