First thing the hole in my stomach is where I got stabbed.
Past that I still have alot of work left but I will have abs by February working really hard on that i have been seriously cutting down for a primo run in February.

bigmurphIm 35 now I got stabbed at 23 so this is awhile back. Now im good but it was a hard recovery. I was really good sized and lost alot after it happened took a hiatus from running a cycle and barely working out. I got back to it though. I put up only 1 pic before this and I pulled it quick. I can't remember if I showed the scar but I wouldn't doubt that I didn't show it if you notice I was only going to post the bottom pic so it didn't show but I wanted to put up atleast half a body pic.
Yeah, you're right, I could see only the upper part of the body where there is no scar. I am glad that you completely okay, and no matter how long ago it was. These were some punks? Well, those who have stabbed you?
