+ 9 I feel like I'm getting there

ad

The cycle I was on was test prop for 8 weeks and some anavar to finish. Considering I was 170 lbs up until about two years ago, I think 6'3" 230 lbs is pretty good. I'll probably get flamed because I'm not big enough....I really concentrated on my delts this past run and the separatations are pleasing to the eye. Hard gainer obviously...any tips to blow out my tri's? Calfs too. I can never get them to grow despite cracking the nut....wtf? Lol

Look solid brother, what I can see. 60 pounds in 2 years speaks volumes about the hard work you're putting in, must be doing something right. +

I'll give you 2" of my arms if you give me 2" of your height.... come on Brother--- lets do this trade... Smile

Calves are sooo hard to build due to the dense muscle tissue..... NEVER inject in your calf.. LOL HURTS!!
Keep workin!!!

Focus on you not other people's opinions. Your in decent shape an you obviously put on good weight in a short time frame.
Google long head tricep exercises, that's the key to a big arm in my opinion

Looking good for what I can see of you. Something I liked for calf's was the smithmachine, using one of the step boxes to get the front of my foot on, full range of motion and your away, easy to quickly pull off some of the weight to do drop sets with.

At such a height your against it, long limbs are a challenge but once filled out look great +2

You’re at a healthy body weight and you look terrific for 48 years old. You don’t need to develop an eating disorder to reach someone else’s standards. Follow your own goals, not someone else’s. +

So you gained 60 lbs in 2 years. Thats seems respectable to me. Keep eating. I dont have any part of me that is world class but I am happy with my calfs. I will blast the hell out of them on leg day early in my routine by using the leg press as a superset to hack squats or whatever my 1st excerise is that day with as much weight as I can handle comfortably (5 plates usually does the trick) . I do 5 sets of these. Then at the end of my routine I will do standing calf raises with 2 plates, very slow controlled reps. 4-5 sets there. I also found on my cardio days when I hit the step mill that really fires up my calfs. And with tris, just make sure you hit all 3 heads. Pushdowns, reverse grip pushdowns, dips, close grip bench etc..

Sorry mate but no...

Work with free weights, supersets or dropsets to let your tri's grow.

2x week heavy calf raises to let them grow
