These are earlier batch then the ones I just posted with the seals, the 20140103 kit I got did not have the seals. The kits I posted with the seals are 20140405. The site is up now, try your verification codes.

I think the new official sticker security on the sides is only for very new batches! not verificate??? sure? It would be the first time from this source, just write to .cn about your code adn batch.
