+ 5 Humatrope HGH, Blood test

Baseline vs 27 days on 3IU daily directly before bed (SubQ arnd lower torso). both tests were taken at approx same time of day (just after midday).
IGF1 approx 220 >474 ng/ml for american units.
completely natty before this (tried 1 vial of bpc157 before for same injury - didnt help). age 25. baseline: 18/9/21. GH:18/4/22

After 72 days of use I felt absolutely no sides/effects at all (sleep still terrible, no hunger changes, no tingly hands, no inc recovery, no fat burning, literally nothing)
I am using for injury recovery/healing. If anyone has any insights/tips/informative comments please comment below.

You more than doubled your IGF. Good score at only 3iu. 3iu is not a big dose to see drastic changes. 3iu doesn't do much for my sleep, has no effect on my hunger and no tingly hands. I do notice a little better fat burning effects and some improvement in recovery but I am old as dirt and litterally have no natty IGF. 4-6iu is my magic number where fat burning and recovery ramp up. Still does nothing for sleep or hunger and no tingly hands if I ramp up dose.

3iu a day or 2/2 split dosing for 4iu did wonders for me. Sleep, recovery, lipolysis like crazy, you know; all the good stuff.

Yeah its good but still in ref range ig. I had low igf to begin with for a natty. might have to try higher doses next time. how long at 4iu till u felt a difference?

The results from GH don't happen overnight. Give yourself a month at 4iu and see what happens. It looks like you were taking it before bed. Try taking first thing in the morning or pre-workout and see if that makes a difference. I always try to get in at least one shot pre-wo and if splitting doses the other is first thing in the morning. You may want to play around with your dosing schedule to see if you notice a difference. That might be all it takes.
