its been three weeks of pct , and everyday i wake wondering when the progress will disappear ! haha funny right i know. but im still eating clean and my workouts have been dialed back a tad for now. but anyway just wanting some comforting from all fellow eroidrers lol.... im feeling really emotional ....... sorry guys and gals

Hell of a job. Don't stress (cortisol release) about any losses especially ones that haven't happened and probably won't if you stay strict as you been. Gotta get the estrogen in check or next thing you'll be taking off work and calling in to The View and shit! LOL ;-P

The rule of thumb is generally to strive to keep around 60% of your gains until your next cycle starts. If you can do that, you'll be in a good position to make another jump.
Right now, it's critical that you keep a strict diet and implement cardio. Excessive calories and fat intake will accelerate your decline. The main focus right now should be all about prep and conditioning for the next cycle----there should be no such thing as "vacation time". Lighten your weights and work on tendon/ligament conditioning for the heavy weights that will be coming in the next cycle.
Determine if you need to increase you dosages, and have everything planned out and ready to go.

That's golden truth right there about conditioning your tendons and ligaments! So many of my friends have put themselves out of the game by under training when off cycle then ripping and tearing after they get back on and feel like beasts.

I ran Ndgs cutplex which is 75mg of trenA , 75mg of testP and 75mg of mastP . For the first week I ran a half cc to see how I would respond to the blend. Then I increase it to a full cc everyday injections for the remainder of the cycle. But the biggest thing that helped was my diet .. I was only taking in about 2200 cals a day at first then a ill lower around 1800 a day. Protein intake was around 360grams a day chicken fish tuna and spinach mostly with no more than 100grams of carbs a day all before 2pm

Bodybuilding is for life....not fad. That being said...if you continue down the road of clean eating and Wrights then you'll continue to get more muscled and stay defined.

Well you can definitly see where your genetics just blew up! You bumped 6months of gym time into this cycle...in amount of gains. After pct its natural to destrength a bit and drop a couple pounds. As long as ya know what to be prepared for you have that mental edge and will win. High five bro!

Thanks big man and that's what I'm trying to wire my brain that it will be okay if I drop a oil bit of what I gained. But just a lii . I'm going to continue the clean eating I actually enjoy it other having to give up my potato chips haha... But it's all good

My man just be consistant. Stick with it and eat, lift hard & rest. I think you can hang onto most of that & continue to grow. Good luck bro let me know if I can do anything down the road.
