You did misunderstand. What I posted was a saying we have in bodybuilding circles. I posted that BEFORE I knew his height and weight, to point out that, well, these types of fotos/poses don't say much.
I am just taking a logical approach and I'm trying to tell him that it would be better for him to stay natural.
So lets assume, he runs a beginner cycle, test e @ 500mg/week for 12 weeks. I'd say he'll gain around 17 - 20 pounds if all goes well.
Then in the three months after that, he will only be struggling to keep those gains. The statistics would hint towards retaining around 70%.
Hence, after 6 months he would be left with around 12 - 14 lbs.
Now these are the exact same gains that he can achieve naturally right now, provided his training and nutrition is good. With this method, he does not need to take the risk and unnecessarily hurt his body.
That is the only reason I always advise "skinny" guys to not opt for the easy way out, because in the end, he won't benefit from it like he thinks he will.

bro with your metabolism you should,imo,run massive amounts of test,deca and contrary to what people will say to me,tren...you could kickstart your cycle with 50 or 75mg of anadrol for 4 to 5 weeks...if you are even mildly worried about h20 retention( which in your case i wouldnt even give it a thought)simply run prop.,npp and tren ace...if you want to win a popularity contest and sacrifice some size run eq instead of npp,but then run a 20weeker,switching to test e and tren e about 6 or 8 weeks in(really about

I´ve done only one in my life and that was Ciodteston 250mg in a week for about 8 weeks.
