EbS has good points though I think people would be amazed what a good protien shake, a good diet, and proper training can do about 45 pounds in a year for me and I didnt need any pct lol

Where do you see criticism? I was the first person to post in this thread, and I simply stated that these type of pictures don't show anything.

That was until he stated that he only weighed 143 lbs. It is WAY too early for him to look into AAS, he can still make amazing gains naturally, and given his low BF he'll be able to see them rather quickly too.

I don't see why you feel the need to insult me. I have never been mean to anyone on this site, but quite simply put, I am right on this one.

Oh yeah, and I can't really take anyone seriously who gives cycle advice like you did to a newbie.

If he still wants to go through with it, I'll be happy to give him any cycle advice he needs in order to get maximum results and minimum amount of side effects. I just do not approve of people starting cycles so early on.

I weighed 220 lbs @ 7% before I even glanced at AAS. They helped me blast through my genetic potential, turning me into a 257 lbs heavy machine @ 6% BF. Whatever happened to reaching natural potential first?

You did misunderstand. What I posted was a saying we have in bodybuilding circles. I posted that BEFORE I knew his height and weight, to point out that, well, these types of fotos/poses don't say much.

I am just taking a logical approach and I'm trying to tell him that it would be better for him to stay natural.

So lets assume, he runs a beginner cycle, test e @ 500mg/week for 12 weeks. I'd say he'll gain around 17 - 20 pounds if all goes well.

Then in the three months after that, he will only be struggling to keep those gains. The statistics would hint towards retaining around 70%.

Hence, after 6 months he would be left with around 12 - 14 lbs.

Now these are the exact same gains that he can achieve naturally right now, provided his training and nutrition is good. With this method, he does not need to take the risk and unnecessarily hurt his body.

That is the only reason I always advise "skinny" guys to not opt for the easy way out, because in the end, he won't benefit from it like he thinks he will.

THX Buddy, my metabolism won´t let me gain even if i took 11 lbs weightgainer in one month added to my diet. So every pound i gain is a muscle. Your right he doesn´t know what he´s talking. First he dis the skinny cause they don´t look massive and then he´s trying to tell me not do a cycle ...?!? I exited of his real pics and if he´s got mass where did he get it..... I´m for shure not from the fucking Santa Claus.

Are you seriously trying to tell someone who has only done 8 weeks of test e @ 250mg to take 2 of the harshest compounds, namely tren and anadrol?

Regardless of his size and weight (he should keep going naturally), that is one of the dumbest suggestions I've ever heard.

I am seeing a lot of these type of shots recently, and let me tell you they don't show at all that a person is big and ripped. Even a skinny guy can have great visible abs.

A skinny with abs is like a fat chick with big tits - it doesn't count.

@ the moment i´m not on a gear i only did a little with 250 T E for about 8 weeks and thats 6 month ago, but i´ll start a new cycle in a few weeks.
May you have a good advise for me bro to gain mass ?

I´ve done only one in my life and that was Ciodteston 250mg in a week for about 8 weeks.
