This pic is from a few week ago whilst on holiday in turkey! Did a low carb high protein diet no carbs after 12:00pm! Dieted down to around 82kg! I'm slowly increasing carbs again for a lean slow n steady bulk in prep for next year! I'm up to 87kg staying lean 3iu rips
