I'm using the hilma test e at the mo. It's good. No bloods but I feel the same as the test I usually use

Is it your first cycle? I'd not bother tapering just pick the dose you wanna go with. 500 a week is a nice amount. Pin 250 twice a week.

I guess the best way would be to do a blood test and see where your natural test level is. Now a young guy might have natural levels at 8 or 900 so they'd defo need 500 to see shit happen. Now if your test levels for example were 3 or 400 then sure just 300mg a week is gonna be noticeable. But in general 500 is gonna make you feel amazing. Make sure you have some sort of ai, aromasin or arimidex to control estrogen but don't go overboard. Make sure you have pharma grade. I personally use 6.25 mg aromasin every 4 or 5 days on 500 test but that's confirmed by blood work so it's right for me and I don't start the ai til week 3
i did back in Dec, my test levels were 248 my doc told me to look into TRT

Go 125. Spilt twice a week. No ai and run for 5 or 6 weeks then get bloods to assess.
I went trt at 35 with levels of 500. Prefer life 800 to a thousand. Plus I've no plans to stop running gear so pct is pointless
