Ordered from:

Well I called LabsMD and Quest looking for answers why your test read incorrectly while the others read correctly. Your Dr ordered this test #439 which is Radioimmunoassay turns out this will give a false reading. He should of ordered test #439X,Extraction • Radioimmunoassay (RIA).That is the total estrogen test that another member got on tren and it read correctly(the link to that blood test posted on this tread). You may want to tone down your AI before you crash your estro if you haven't already. When RIA is used without extraction conjugated steroids such as estrone sulfate, dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate, and androsterone sulfate can cross-react with the antibody used in an RIA and cause overestimation in the measurement of a steroid hormone. I also think tren has a cross reaction like in ECLIA.

Glad I made the call as RIA OR RIA DIRECT will also give a false reading like ECLIA.
EXTRACTION RIA will not and reads correctly as does IA and LC/MSMS

Really think it is better for gains and overall health running proviron and low dose mast instead of lile
.25 adex e3d ?
Adex is dirt cheap running 50 mg proviron and mast can add up every month obviously low estro levels are not good and can cause shityy sided ie low libido no energy fed up joints

Loll!! Love it. Those are some good tren levels you got der +1

And I see it's not just labcorp that this happens with.

It will happen with any lab that uses ECLIA testing method. His Dr ordered this test. Quest will do the testing method the Dr ordered. This test was surely done in ECLIA or CLIA. SO yes it's a false positive because of the testing method. Notice the total estrogens reference range is different between the op total estrogens test and the one listed below due to the different testing methodology both done at the same testing facility.
Through labsmd they test in IA (hormone panel for females) or LC/MSMS ( hormone panel for males) for estro. These 2 links show guys who ordered the correct test. Both the links below are to Quest test gotten by two members on Tren. The 1st was on 400mg Tren E a week with 500mg of testosterone. It's an estradiol test. The 2nd was on 100mg tren A EOD with 50mg Prop EOD it was a total estrogen test such as the op got( which measures E1 Estrone and E2 Estradiol). Both read correctly for estradiol and total estrogens. No false positives. All 3 test were performed at the same testing site. Which leads me to believe op's MD ordered a different testing method.

lol now that is funny.

Wait a minute... why does this happen? Is it because the lab mistakes Tren as estrogen or something? Is this always the case or what?

2500hd's picture

Yes been happening for about a year from what I know

MegaT883's picture

It does this only when estrogen is tested with the ECLIA or CLIA methodology.
