How exactly do you use these?
If you read through the thread, I go in depth on how to use. These are cartridges and the best way is to use a slin pin and just stick that directly into the cartridge. U have to be familiar with an insulin syringe and its measurements.
Are there any advantages/disadvantages to using premixed vs powdered? Is the shelf life different? How to store everything different? Or anything else you can think of?
Personally, I don't think there are any noticeable differences. I think our technology is so much better nowadays that we can preserve stuff for quite a long time. I think that is the main reason they're premixed now. Lots of companies make GH premixed now. All ready to go and no mixing required for the consumer. These premixed cartridges are the real deal.
Do you still have to keep it at a certain temp range?
I do keep it in the fridge just to be safe but I've used Pfizer Genotropin pens and I'd take it with me in my gym bag. No difference in quality at all. But yea, I would keep in fridge just to be safe.

This already comes mixed,if I want to use 2 iu how much should I draw on an insulin syringe ?
Yes, it is already premixed. The Omnitrope is 45ius in 1.5mls of water. Each ml is 30 ius. 10 units on an insulin syringe is 3ius (very small amount).
The Saizen is premixed also and it is 60 ius in 2.5 mls of water. Each ml is 24 ius. 10 units on an insulin syringe us 2.4 ius. On an insulin syringe, 100 units is 1ml so u need to be familiar with those and how they measure.

Insulin is measured in units. Hgh is measured in ius (international units) its not the same. 7 units on an insulin syringe would be 2.1 ius of hgh for the Omnitrope
