I ran the last kit really low and still had great pumps. 20mcg pre workout did it and that made me happy. Try the other company at 60mcg, 80mcg and then even 100mcg and didn't get any good effects from it. So if this stuff works at 20mcg I know it's legit.
This time I plan on going 20mcg the first week, 30mcg the second week, 40mcg third week, and then 50 the last week. Your body does adapt to it rather quickly so I won't use it for more than a month at a time. But if it's good stuff you don't need to start at a high dose at all.

These pumps are nothing like a pre-workout pump bro. I will have actually have to stop in between sets for a longer time or even stop my work out faster. Because whatever body part I'm working on is so swollen and full it's painful and I'm not joking. I make sure to drink plenty of carbs before my workout and during.
I had some decent stuff about 2 years ago i got from a friend and that shit was amazing. Like u said literally have to stop your workout! These peptide companies though, who knows what your getting. I was doing mine preworkout with a carb drink or swedish fish and man it was def something I've not experienced since. You carb up when you take yours?
I had one of the pep companies tell me that they like to run it at 200 pre-work out. That made me laugh because I've never heard of legit stuff needing to be anywhere near that.
I carb up when I run it. But the only time I used it was when I was bulking anyways so that was fine. I wouldn't use this on a cutting cycle because I don't think I could maximize the gains from it.
IGFLr3 is actually supposed to be a strong fat burner just like GH with the increased IGF levels but honestly idk if I could do it on say a keto diet because that shit can def cause you to go hypo if it's legit stuff. You are 100% right with that. I have considered using it on a low-carb cutting diet. Then just having my carbs around my work out so I don't go hypo. But I've only use this during a bulking phase so I really can't say whether that works or not.

lol hilarious bro. I've been using this source for about a year and a half now and have been very happy. The price almost seems too good to be true on this new GH. But I can't imagine the source selling a bad product and hurting his reputation. Because right now I've never heard of negative thing about this source.
I'll start running the new stuff March 1 and then I'll have an idea of how good it is. I'll be overseas on vacation for the last two weeks of February so I won't be able to run anything. So I'm not going to start it now because I won't be able to judge it.

12/21 bro. I normally get everything from the source within 7 to 10 days max. So this time it did take a little bit longer but seeing as how we had Christmas, Christmas Eve and even New Year's during that time I'm still very impressed and happy with the shipping time.

Thanks bro. I tried the Igf from two of the top pep companies and honestly felt nothing and thought Igf was pointless. Figured I would try it from this source before I made a decision like that. Then I ran the stuff and even at a low-dose had amazing pumps! I fell in love lol
