12 weeks into my bulk and 8 more to go. Sitting around 230lb. I’ll have some fat to cut off after but abs still showing so won’t be to hard.
This picture motivates me. Started 5 years ago at 246lb of fat. Spent almost a year to get under 190lb and started building from there. It’s a long road of trial and error because everyone’s body is different and I’ve learned a lot.
Big thanks to all the guys on here. Learned a lot from some great bros on here and I enjoy helping newer guys avoid the mistakes I’ve made.
