You have to stay POSITIVE minded bud, keep pressing forward and with every single workout even if its just a minute increase in weight or reps always concentrate and build on the positives. If you look at the histories of a lot of the professionals you will see some massive health setbacks and horrific injuries which somehow they strived through and won on the other side. Its the difference between someone who sits back and thinks oh well thats enough and someone who takes home and fucks the prom queen Lol

What I'm doing now bro. Not going to lie the breathing issues I suffered for about 11 months afterwards put me down. Walking up stairs had me out of breath for t minutes but I'm feeling normal and I'm on the road back to where I was

Mate I think that would get anyone down Smile But if you are man enough to put up a picture like that on a steroid board then you have enough about you to get back to where you were for sure, just a temporary setback. Keep pushing and looking forward!

What was it that actually happened to your lung?

We got tboned at an intersection and a rib broke and punctured my lung. I didnt even realize it until like 2 hours after. I started feeling like I was suffocating and everytime I coughed it felt like I was getting stabbed. So the hole in my lung caused air to leak out of the lung and fill my chest cavity called pnuemomedistinum and my lung collapsed from the negative pressure in my chest. Was in the hospital for around a month then the next 11 months I literally couldnt catch my breath. Walking up stairs I was out of breath for minutes.i started pulmonary rehab and they got me back on track

My word that really is rough - the fact it could just happen to anyone too makes you think. I bet it was scary as hell when the symptoms really began to kick in. Did you manage to get any compensation out of it or did the driver speed off from the scene?

Some of the breathing issues was also due to the fact I got real depressed and started laying around and losing muscle. Your diaphragm is the main muscle used to breath but all the other ones help so getting weaker made the breathing worse. My pulmonary specialist kept telling me I had to get off my ass and start doing at least a little at the gym to start getting better and he was right as soon as I started working out again and getting stronger again it started to get a little better. But they literally retrained me how to breath its nuts I do full belly and diaphragm breathing techniques now and I'm back to normal. Why are men so hard headed bruh? Lmfao

I'm still in a legal battle for personal compensation, however our car was literally brand new had 9k miles on the dash that was completely paid for and we got a new one. I dont understand how it's still tied up cause the intersection at the end of my street is a one way stop I was coming west to get to my house the lady was going north and blew the stop sign hit literally on my side of the car. Sh was 100 percent in the wrong. At the time my side was hurting but my shoulder and hip was too so I didnt really think anything of it at first In my head i was like of course I'm in pain i just got tboned. The EMTs kept telling me to go get checked out and me being stubborn kept saying no so the cops did their thing towes our car and we went home. I sat down and started feeling like I ran a marathon, like literally couldnt catch my breath and my wife finally got me to go to the hospital. By the time I got there my pulse was 185 bpm resting my blood pressure was 195 over 100 and spo2 stats was at 86 percent so they rushed me back literally before I finished fillimg out the paperwork and the doctor came in and started examining my side and he found the broken rib so they started the scans and on the cat scan and xray they found the collapse and also the air in my chest cavity. I went to surgery about 10 minutes later so they could remove the rib from my lung and fix the collapse. Then I spent the next 3 or so weeks waiting for the air in my chest to reabsorb cause it could of caused another collapse. Shit part was I was on week 5 of a prop/ace cycle so I crashed hard as fuck in the hospital I had my wife sneaking me in my clomid and nolva it was all a mess man. Were about to be at the end of the legal battle with the lady and her insurance company though. My lawyer is pushing for all the hospital Bill's to be covered by them and extra compensation I'm just waiting for the finally gavel to fall lol

Yeh buddy those are some nasty vitals, no wonder you felt near death damn. I imagine you were literally put under a general anaesthetic and rushed straight into operating were you - how long did the surgery last?

I CANNOT EVEN begin to imagine how rough you felt. It would be utter hell dropping straight off a cycle like that as it is without having a collapsed lung and laid up in hospital for 3 weeks solid in pain on morphine etc Blimey that is all one utter shit thing to have to go through, I thought at first when I read it you were just very ill or something but for it to be caused by someone else must be infuriating. Lets hope you get some really good coin out of it all - New home gym set up!! Smile

Surgery was rather quick little over 2 hours and yes it was rushed they got me admitted checked out and xray and scan back faster than I've ever seen in an emergency room before. It was about an hour and a half flat. And yes I was on morphine then 2 hours later a percocet 10mg in rotation. I went stir crazy in there bro my wife brought my playstation cause my insurance covered a private room and the nurses said it was okay they gave me the wifi code for the quick shit and everything. It was pretty cool but I still wanted to go home so bad man I havent slept in a bed without my wife for 14 years man I just felt terrible mentally mostly. The worst part though the first week I was on a literal 100 percent liquid diet just in case they had to do surgery again cause of the air in my chest cavity. I dropped the first 30 pounds in that 3 weeks alone man. Nightmare shit and yeah if I jist got sick that's one thing but naw this bitch blew a stop sign and hit us. Thank god my kids were with my mom my wife probably would of beat her ass to death she was already all up in her face
