So after nt lung issues I dropped down around 135. Back up to 170 after 5 months. Not where I want to be and I'm depressed I lost all my gaiins but life happens

Yeah man my left lung collapsed then I had severe shortness of breath for a 9 months afterwards it caused scar tissue on the lung all sorts of shit. I couldnt really workout during that time cause I'd lose my breath after one set and be our of breath for a good 5 minutes so I just withered away. Doctors got me back on track with some lung exercises and treatments so started working out at home cause of covid now I'm back at the gym pushing harder than I have ever before. The road back to 200 for me is going to be long but I'll get there.
If you don’t mind me asking what caused the collapsed lung. Feel free to tell me to f- off
That's the short version, the puncture caused air leak out of my lungs which filled my chest cavity with air that's called pneumomediastinum which cause negative pressure around the lung and it collapsed under tension
Cracked rib from a side swipe. Rib punctured my lung causing a tension pnuemothorax
