Ace VenturaUh oh. Keep that up and you're gonna have to change your name to robm12321.
haha i feel like i need to do that already lol
What type of injury are you recovering from? I have had a bunch of surgeries and am due for another and am not looking forward to it. Once you're cleared to hit gym and do light work, it is all gains from there. Just take your time--no need to rush and re-injure yourself, and you will get that 15 lbs back in no time. Muscle memory is the real deal.
i have a partial tear in my rotator cuff subscap to be exact.
bigmurphOuch
Just means your going to have to hit it even harder and eat like a champion
im working on it keeping my mental state i ordered ghrp6 to help with my appetite. this shit is eating me up mentally and killing my appetite so im hoping that will help to keep me at least where im at now. doc said no more that 20 pounds so i did a bunch of db curls and cable curls at the gym tonight at 20 pounds per arm. felt good to hit some upper body for a change lol
bigmurphYou know I know how frustrating it is i couldn't lift anything for 6 months then I finnally started pt.
Now im getting back to where I was lifting and the way Iook so its just takes time brother i don't doubt you at all that you will come back from this.
thanks for the encouragement brother. im feeling so down and out right now. when i started lifting almost 9 years ago i was 105 pounds and all i keep thinking is if i dont get back soon im going to end up that sickly small again. i know its kind of inpossible but its scary lol. as soon as im healed up im going to come back like a beast maybe a good long break from the cycles and the constant overload on my body will be good for me both mentally and physically.
bigmurphHonestly brother don't even worry about that muscle memory is a real thing I will argue it to the end. When I started lifting again my arm had lost i believe it was 3 inches and it was my dominant arm so it was always a little bigger than my left.
I definitely believe that staying off gear and just natty work with the right diet and using lower weight higher reps atleast at the beginning especially will really help.
Good luck and good gains brother if you need anything hit me up anytime im always available to help you out.
