I agree with inspector, you need at least 2300 calories a day if you are exercising. Lots more if you're taking gear at this point. Build the muscle base and it will help you to lean out. BUT - you can't build a base effectively if you're aren't feeding the body adequately. No one on this site wants to be skinny-fat.

We're around the same weight but I'm shorter; while I'm on I eat 4000+ calories a day (always shooting for 5k) and still improve my composition% by the end.

Good advice guys... I would also add that you should not really consider using anabolic steroids at this time. There are a few androgenic compounds that could be of benefit.

I would suggest an ECA stack before clen, take that for awhile with right intake and training before you jump into something like clen. I know its classified as a "miracle" pill but that shit can FUCK YOU UP

im 40 , im about 1000 cal a day or less never more.. i was 270pds now 230pds,,im 6'4

how old are you? How actively are you tracking your calories and macronutrients?

You can easily "starve" your way into being fat; use the low carb/low cal in short bursts only. If you've been doing this for the 4 months your body has more than adjusted to it and the progress slows to a halt.

Try to separate your meals into at least 5 per day (if you can do 6 even better) and stay about 500 calories under your BSR (basal metabolic rate, lots of calculators online) and keep track of your intake (fitday works great, although it's BSR calculator has received a lot of criticism.

Oh, and fasting cardio in the morning. Just my .02. Once you get those things under control and get all you can from them you can start to consider the super supplements to help it along.
