12 Weeks i was doing this Hardgainer Foodplan, in this 12 Weeks my weight Go 6 kg Up.
I never Take steroids, Put in few weeks i will start.im Training Solid For 10 years,Put befor 12 Weeks i start to make my Body ready For steroids, i Go often to the Gym 4-5 Week.
I Change my Foodplan to Hardgainer. Sorry For my Bad Englisch.
Im thinking to start with Primo and Test, Put i Like to hear from you Guys what you think about to but Primo For First cycle

Shame the diet plan isn't in english. Regarding the cycle, like people have said below, testosterone will be plenty and due to training all these years you will really benefit from it. Believe it or not, kids are joining gyms nowadays with zero lifting experience and starting cycle same day they join up.
Test will surprise you with the gains you'll make, 1st cycle gains are always the best.

you have the hard part taken care of, which is the diet. Primo is not a beginner compound. Need to figure out how to use just test first.

Just do a test only cycle bro … if it’s your first cycle u will gain a lot more than you think … just be ready for an Ai in your stash as well to keep away from sides… good luck!

Primo can be a complex compound. I would suggest sticking with just the testosterone for your first cycle. Even your second cycle. You’ll get the most out of it, and you’ll gain some insight into how you respond to testosterone. If you add primo, you’ll not know what is causing what effect, and it makes it harder to manage sides and optimize growth

That’s a great cycle but your body will make a solid transformation on a 12/14 week cycle of test only. Save the primo for like your third cycle after you gain more mass on 2 test only cycles.

1st cycle 200/300 mgs of testE or test C
12/14 weeks
See how your body responds to recovery

If you recovered smoothly and have pct in tact you should easily gain about a solid 10 pounds and retain it.

2nd cycle you can push the dose a little higher if estrogen is kept in check. Now you can mess around with 4-500 mgs of test. Which should yield more solid gains (I usually don’t go past 400)

Then you go for your money cycle to wrap everything up and that’s your primo. I had slight issues with crashed estro on my primo cycle so I would run test at around 300/400 mgs and primo around 500 or 600mg. Just monitor your body throughout.

I started a cycle like that and quickly realized the primo was killing my estrogen. I had to up my test cyp to around 600 a week to equal my body out. Before that I had high estrogen symptoms. Itchy tits, feeling low, lazy, lack of energy. All depends on how your body handles the primo. I have not needed an AI as well. But like others had suggested, maybe do a test cycle first. Test alone amazes people

You should start the primo at 1:1 with test and see how you react to it. Starting it that high could cause you some real problems.
