Thanks,bro. Funny last night at the gym,i was still fighting the flu. Then this young kid,came on the bench next to me. He was all into it,and he asked if i could spot him. The kid was tough,and would not give up,so after seeing him,and his motivation. He got me pumped up,and well thanks to him,i turned shit upside down. Motivation comes from all different people,atmosphere,positive energy,etc. All of you hype me up.

Damn right! I have my phone set to alrm every 2.5 hrs so i can get a meal in. I almost wanna just give some pricks a bottle of DBOL and say go for it jack ass. Unethical tho. Illegal, and mean. But damn the people that dont understand how hard it is to grow and keep it too. I hate the comments about juicing when people see me. Its jelousy at its finest. I have just been rude and said... ill smack you go away. And then there are times i explain that its not magic. I give details of my diet and trainig and not just number of days but the things like the grip i use on different movements and how i "trick my muscles with load control. The eyes glaze over at that point when they realize they dont have what it takes to be me or one of you one here.
