+ 8 Gynecomastia reduction surgery (gland removal)

ad

If anyone saw my lab post a few months back they’ll know I was having a crazy gyno flare. I did everything I could to crash estrogen even though it wasn’t elevated in the first place. Adex 1mg per day. Letro. Nolva. All of it. Felt like shit, and never saw any improvement in symptoms. So I scheduled to have the glands removed.

Before and after pics for you. 2 weeks between the pics. Healing well, already back in the gym with minimal discomfort. It was done with local anesthetic, meaning I didn’t have to be put to sleep. I was only on the table for an hour. Wore a compression vest post op for one week. Minimal discomfort after just Tylenol/Motrin combo for 5 days. Total cost was $7K US dollars. Out of pocket of course as insurance doesn’t cover this. Any other questions let me know!

Pics Will be taken down after 48 hours for security purposes.

Is there any warning signs when gyno is about to start?

Any sensation in the nipples can be an indication of an issue. For instance, your shirt rubbing on your nipples catches your attention, or a slight tingle or itch. Before I ever juiced, my nipples never gave me sensation unprovoked. I believe following this is a good rule of thumb. The next line of defense is a stash of the best AIs and Tamoxifen, across multiple brands, unless it is truly pharmaceutical grade or a select few sources.

I don’t mess around with hormones like I did in the past. During those times, I had a huge stash of every AI and tamoxifen. Today, I only use letrozole.

Thanks. I have pharma grade ai and tomoxafin. I trust it more. I needed this info

Can’t say I had warning signs just started getting nodules that eventually became more firm [glandular] and solidified. They were definitely painful to lay on. It sucked

Nice bro I had my glands removed couple years back best decision I ever made. Mine was right at 6500 worth every penny. He did a good job man! +2 As for the gyno coming back it’s extremely unlikely

Gh0st's picture

If you posted that on here I may remember seeing or hearing that brother. Absolutely worth every penny lol I have enough body image issues as is didn’t need to add gyno to that list.

How long did the actually procedure take? I have mine from obesity but it will be a while before I take the plunge to get it done.

Gh0st's picture

Procedure took less than an hour bro. Took almost as long for him to numb and close than it did for him to remove the actual glands.

I started to harden the nipple twice and immediately took half a tablet of letro and the next half of a tablet every other day after a week I had nothing. Once it was on the cycle and once pct. I don’t understand how experienced guys get to increase boobs.

Experience or not ultimately it will either come down to genetics or hormonal imbalances. Majority of guys buy UGL and you never truly know what you’re getting without sending for mass spec. Although I trusted my source I used my test numbers were no where near what they should have been, estrogen was lower end of normal, and I got gyno which was never an issue before. Who knows.

I would have cried if it was that cheap lmao.

The whole gland was removed except for 1mm tissue just under the nipple to prevent collapse of it. He couldn’t tell me the incidence of reoccurrence but said in the 20 years he had been doing it (and he does 4-5 of them a week) he’s seen maybe a dozen come back. And it was always the guys who were more overweight and had complex procedures vs mine was very straight foreword and concentrate with no liposuction required.
