I found very tricky to take the correct dose of prami, don't you?
Thanks for the heads up on the supedrol bro. I've never used prami before. Was going to start with half a tab a day and raise the dose if I still get sides. What works for you??
My prami was in caps so I had to open the cap and put the powder in card and with other card I did 4 equal piles of powder. Obviously it is not very accurate but you will get about 0.125mg per pile... I look like a smack head doing the piles but you will need to build up your dose from 0.125mg, at least in my case, if you take too much you will know (lethargy, sickness and so on) but in 10 hour you will be fine again. Take it before sleep. In my case took me 20 days to reach 0.5mg.

I had heard it was best to take before bed because it makes you feel queasy.
I'll keep an eye on the dosing and bump it up if necessary.
