I just finished my 2nd bottle of GW and used it mainly for its endurance to help me with my workouts and cardio so I will be reviewing it in that aspect. GW promised nothing short of my expectations. I started to notice that my cardio sessions lasted longer after the 2nd week or so. Before using this my cardio was down due to being sick and not able to do much cardio. I still have some short breath so its not a miracle cure if that’s what you are after. This product will give you the energy and strength to want to and keep doing your exercises whatever it may be.
