+ 15 Guess my BF - 195lbs

ad

500mg Test E. No other compounds.Falling off/coming back. It's sneaky...you're in shape. Proud of your physique. Going hard in the gym. Then something happens..."life" happens. Skip the gym one day. Eat some fast food. Miss another day. Thinking you'll workout "tomorrow ".. tomorrow never comes. Life happens You lose your physique. Look down in the bathroom when you're in there instead of admiring your physique. Then when you finally do you don't recognize yourself anymore. Self pity... I'm over that shit lol. I've been consistent and have avoided "life" happening for years now and don't plan on falling off anytime soon...

I tell people all the time that I go to the gym to “ Train my mind and not my body”. You train your mind to not even acknowledge the possibility of “life happening” and to always stand up and push through in the face of adversity. The one time you eat fast food and take the day off, your brain remembers that it is in fact a possibility to let “life happen”. The no days off, no excuses, stare adversity in the face and laugh at it every time it faces you mindset transcends personal fitness And will exponentially improve your life Both professionally and personally (family, life, home life, interpersonal relationships, etc.…). Yes, I love being in great shape and knowing that 99 times out of 100 when I walk into a gym, I am at least one of the top three biggest strongest motherfuckers in there. But, for me at the end of the day that is a secondary benefit of the mental training it takes to get up, stay on diet push through exercise and not take note for an answer every single day.

Excellent post and excellent results brother keep strong and keep consistent! +1 from me.

Obviously all parking here, but I would guess your body is somewhere in the 10 - 13% range. It would be helpful if there were some leg shots in there to get a feel for how lean your lower body was.

FYI- I am using talk to text, so if any persons of this post read ridiculously, and do not make sense grammatically that is why.

I blew up to 220lbs with a gut. Broke a bone on side of ankle. Couldn't train like I wanted for 4 months. Hyper extended it doing a box jump. Tore a bunch of shit in there too. Just got back into training 3 months ago.

Still add those supplements

Much respect for not going crazy with filters and getting overly creative with lighting, a lot of guys confuse contest condition with bodyfat levels, I’m no expert, but you look like a well hydrated, healthy, 11% give or take a point either way. I have a question, FR sent.

BOOM!!!!! You are looking fuckin; AWESOME! Keep it up and keep kickin' ass.

Believe it or not, it's probably 15% Looking good for the summer though. Need to do the manual calipers, electric pulse handheld thingy, DEXA scan and get in the big water tank to be sure. Even then it still won't be right, but close enough. Let us know!

Glitch's picture

I did the electric pulse thing yesterday it read 6% and some change. It's higher than that I'm sure.

Water tank would great.

Ill try the calipers and see what that reads.

I'm not a competitor. I just do it cause I love it.

< 10% would be my guess

SeeOhShow's picture

That’s about 8ish%. Only way to really tell is some more accurate photos…you know like bare glutes, how veiny your dick is, etc etc.

Wait wrong forum…sorry.

Wish i could fall off and stay this lean lol good genetics to take advantage off.

Id say around 10/12% but once you hit hard you will get down easy.

Also good to take a break and reset.

The BMI electric pulse reads 6% and some change. Idk

Glitch's picture

That's just what the BMI machine said . I don't really care if it is 12-15 lol I'm happy with it

TheIcon's picture

I hate alot of those bodyfat machines. I know they say they send a current through you yada yada yada. I had a Tanita scale that claimed the same. In reality I fig out its just doing a calculation. It asks for you age, height, and then you weight yourself (which claims to send a current through you) Well I would get like 30% Im like I am not 30% or even close. But that was because I would just chose my wifes settings on it where she is 5'2. I then changed the height to 5'9 and suddenly my bodyfat goes to 18%. Im like this stupid machine is just taking age, height, and weight and doing a calculation.

Recoverydemon's picture

Not hating, but def not 6-7. Good physique tho.

Glitch's picture

Going off the BMI electric pulse machine thing. I don't know I'm just seeing all the guesses. Thought it would be fun
