Belly is a bit blown out here, just finished eating 2 cups of white rice, a can of pineapple chunks and 10 oz. of tilapia with bbq sauce on top.
Running DP Test Cyp, SIS Deca, Gen-shi Dbol and OneQ white.
Will continue this for 3 months hopefully ending around 250-260 with minimal fat gain. Diet is 650g carbs/350g protein with very very low fats.
Training is lowered weights and focusing on form and proper technique to really get the muscle pumped. 6 days on 1 day off.
