Belly is a bit blown out here, just finished eating 2 cups of white rice, a can of pineapple chunks and 10 oz. of tilapia with bbq sauce on top.


Running DP Test Cyp, SIS Deca, Gen-shi Dbol and OneQ white.

Will continue this for 3 months hopefully ending around 250-260 with minimal fat gain. Diet is 650g carbs/350g protein with very very low fats.

Training is lowered weights and focusing on form and proper technique to really get the muscle pumped. 6 days on 1 day off.

Freaking life, ended up going on vacation in the middle, Then I got switched to a new project 2 hours from my house and I'm in the construction industry so you're taking wake up at 3 a.m. get home at 7 p.m. it was rough...

I actually just moved so now im 20 minutes from the project, well a whole series of them. I should be centrally located for the next 4 year's or so. Planning on really stepping it up this time. There's a serious hardcore gym that caters to pros/powerlifters out here that's calling my name.
