I'm finally starting to get my chest to hold some mass ..the veins are coming slowly but surely. But really happy with the results so far ...
getting some good solid size there.
I started my cycle off different this time I was really little after taking aabout a year off from everything so got tren to start off then added some cyp about a month later and now on t prop and npp and it worked out well still have some cut along with bulking up now but the tren is all hut worn off and the belly is slowly growing because my diet is horrible. ..I'm about to change that and throw some tren ace back in the mix and hopefully it does what I want but we will see ..open to pointers if ya got any..
Just tighten up the diet. Shouldn't be any need to adding in more compounds. If adding anything additional I would be on some GH/IGF. I am on a bulk now and the GH is keeping all fat off even though in a cal surplus. Pretty incredible.
Looking good...chest is rough for me! + 1
Looks nice brother +1
+1 man. Chest is looking good to me. After every chest day i hop down and do 100 decline push ups shoulder width. However many sets it takes to build upper chest. Might help. Keep it up man
Thanks for the +1 bud but I don't think it worked ...and I'm going to have to try that on the pushups sounds like that would really help
Looking good man ! Thank you for the reply ! Mine needs serious work . Some people have genetics for a great chest unfortunately I don't haha I find a higher carbs to protein ratio helps me hold mass .I really want to try NPP hearing lots of great things what type of dose you doing PW?
Not sure if u mentioned dose of npp or pw but I do 1cc prop 1cc npp eod and for prework I do 2 scoop of nos explode and extra 6 g of l-cittralen
Well I'm in test prop and npp now and just sine cheap pre workout but added some l-citrulline and seems to hold pumps great...took these after my workout today...but as far as exercise I just do standard bench 3 set 15...all your dubell5bench exercises seated press and machine Flys that's about it but I've been trying to do them almost everyday to get my chest going ...I'm sure diet would help a lot go but I need to work on that lol
Good job man +1, Just wondering what type of chest exercises / intensity you do to help your chest hold mass ? I was also born with bad chest genetics lol
