yup, we got a batch of stoppers that were a lil on the plus size. we discovered this after some of the vials went out. hit up our email rep and we'll get that replaced for you right away brother. Hopefully you got another laying around, it's still fine but if you're a little on the cautious side (and you always should be) use a whatman to filter in to another vial and you got yourself an extra 9ml or so free

I work my way around, pulling up easily, on my vials of gh and test. I haven't ripped a crimp top off in years. It just looks like there's a pry mark on the green cap where it's facing the vial.
Haven’t bothered notifying him yet, but I’m sure he’ll see the post. If not, no biggie. But good for him to know what’s going on with his products, prob should talk to his QA team.
This keeps happening to me with hgh but that grey runner pice stays in, so I can still just stab it in draw like normal. You don’t know your own strength!
You could also buy a sterile vile off Amazon and transfer to that. There’s ones with free delivery tomorrow. Maybe even same day. The oil is fine being exposed to the air. You didn’t ruin it popping that top.
There’s a couple ways to skin that cat, just keep a “sterile” field best as possible while transferring over.

I know aluminum isn't the strongest thing but it must have took a decent pull to bend it like that and bring it off.
If I were you I'd start loading up syringes with that... Or open a bottle of wine and squeeze the cork into that vial
