Thought I'd give GD's 50mg Reta pens a shot. Placed order 3/16 and landed today 4/10. Not too bad. Tracking made absolutely no sense the entire time. Said it was in places that it definitely wasn't, but it landed and that's what matters! Thanks GD! Not sure the legitimacy of these. Super cheap for a 50mg pen, but I guess time will tell. Def a big ass puck of something in there lol.

Alright fellas. I did it. Here's what I got.
Shot the entire thing into another vial and weighed it. Came out to 1ml.
I did increments of 10 unit shots to see if the mechanism was consistent and it did shoot out .1ml for every 10 units.
100 total units in the pen = 1ml of volume, 50mg of product(50mg/ml), .1ml for every 10 units, (1 unit =.1ml)-> each unit on the pen is .5mg of product. Showing my work so others can verify if they'd like. Feel like I'm back in chem lab lol.
So
1 unit = .5mg
2 unit = 1mg
3 unit = 1.5mg
4 unit = 2mg
etc etc
Hella concentrated

Oh and apparently peptides in powdered form (lyophilized) are stable at room temp for several months so they should be good thru the shipping process. Just gotta fridge it after you reconstitute it and it lasts a long time.

As for stability I read the same thing. Reta is stable for up to 2 months at room temp which is awesome. I think if ordering internationally it should be ordered in the cooler months of the year and then refrigerated for maximum potency.

That's a long time in travel man did it come in a cooler bag as I'm sure your meant to keep reta in the fridge well that's what my wife does with hers she has a 30mg pen on her pen if you twist the top it has numbers normally 10 clicks on hers is 1mg of reta. What dose are you planning on starting at? Best to start low and titrate up after a few weeks. Most guys I speak to say 4mg is their sweet spot

It's got a little window with dosage markers. You just turn the dial to the desired dose and pin it.

Do they tell you how much bac is in the pen so you can calculate dosage?
Looks like 2ml. It's got click dosage tho.
The top of the pin you just turn to the dosage you want and push down. Its all pre-mesured
How do you know how many mg are in a unit if you don't know how much bac is in the mixture bro?
The pin cartridge only holds so much it is premixed, so like whatever the amount is on the pin say 30mg pen. So if you want 2mg you turn the dial to 2mg and put a needle on the pen and stick and push down the plunger and it administers 2mg. It's not a reusable pen after the mixture is gone, you throw the pen away.
There are some reusable pens but again they come with the cartridge pre mixed and its made for that pen, its already measured so you dont do any measurements you just turn the dial to how much you want to take and push the top down and it administers that much.

Iv had mounjaro and genotropin pens before but they tell you how many units is each mg so you know what dose you get
It's 2ml back water. It's not measured like a standard slin pin brother.
When it comes to Reta, like the Reta pen I have is a 30mg pen. So 1mg is 1mg of Reta administered, that is how the pen works, no measurement needed on the users part, the cartridge is premixed 30mg of reta with bac water for that pen. 1mg is 1mg of Reta.
Im not sure I'm explaining what I mean properly lol the numbers on the pen are units not mg so 1 on the pen would be 0.01ml which is barely enough liquid to drip out the end of the needle
No the numbers on my Reta pen are mg not units. It even has mg after the numbers you dial to dictate how much you want administered.
Oh fair enough. On the pen I received from GD it doesn't say mg and 1 on the dial is such a small volume of liquid like I said it barely comes out of the needle I'm sure it's 1 unit which is 0.01ml
Reta should not be measured in Units but I have never used GD pens. If it is units then it will need to be converted to mg

With the pens I get hold of (30mg) the guy explained to me that if you want 1mg you twist to 10 on the dial 15 for 1.5mg etc etc but this could be different
I'm really not sure man. Never had one before and zero info on it whatsoever. I may just throw the puck in a 10ml vial and reconstitute myself so I know for sure.

Only thing with that is if the numbers/ clicks are units like most pens iv had then that would mean there would need to be 5ml of bac per 50mg of reta for 10 units to be 1mg. By sight it looks like there's around 1-2ml bac water in the cartridge FML
