Nah....I've got a whole regimen I've used for years that varies depending on what I'm running. I'm really dialed in when it comes to my body and I'm one of those guys that's blessed to have really great organ function and a hyper responder to most compounds so it doesn't take much for me. I've got dudes in our crew that can't even look at an oral without needing a whole slew of shit and then a couple like me that just lucked out with good genetics in that area. We all work together tho and support each other when it comes to health and our blood work. That's what it's all about man. We've actually got a bad ass doctor in our group that specializes in this specific field and that helps tremendously. We fight together, work out together and sometimes even live together for months at a time depending on where we're stationed. I'm very blessed to be a part of my team and thankful to have really great guys in my life....just as I'm thankful to have Eroids and all you guys. We're all truly blessed to have this community we share here. Eroids is definitely the number one closest knit group of guys on the net for sure. You get your random asshole here and there that just wants to clown around and start issues, but that's life. What would intelligence be without stupidity ya know....everything has its opposites.

It certainly can be.... definitely not for beginners or those who do not have an extreme protocol in place. However, a little goes a long way in terms of using as a pre-workout. People typically overdue it taking it like any other oral and that's when bad things happen.
