+ 2 Full Blood Panel - 9 Months Post PCT - With Comparisons
Okay, so for starters, we've got everything here (sans DHT it looks) including some graphs comparing previous results. I am baffled by some of these numbers, as I am sure you will be too. Its worth noting that I feel fine and everything is working but that doesn't necessarily mean everything is fine, ya know? Anyways....
-TT/FT/BioT all have taken a hit with TT at 1300 dropping to around 600 now. FT improved since the last result, but only slightly.
-IGF1 hit the floor and is looking okay, but not great for my age. I am considering running some HGH, but ONLY HGH. Not touching anything else for a few years.
-Cholesterol is out of whack, but I've got that under control
-E2 has been consistent
============
-LH/FSH - This is the one that bothers me the most. Its low right now. Like way lower than it should be. And that drop is huge. Mind you, my PCT stopped 9 months ago and my LH/FSH were firing for months after that. Do you think this could be an issue of Hypopituitarism? I've scheduled an appointment with my doctor to discuss. But any thoughts here would be appreciated.
THINGS TO NOTE:
Ran a TestE 500 cycle via Naps (all Geneza), had amazing results. Kept most of the gains, despite working through an injury and some downtime. Unfortunately, I do not have a baseline to compare against.
PCT protocol:
HCG (8 shots of 1000iu's EOD for 16 days)
Geneza Clomid (150/150/100/100/50/50)
Geneza Nolva (X/X/20/20/10/10)
DAA at 3mg per day.
============
Thank you in advance! Hope this helps some of you folks out there!

I would recommend considering adding 50mg Clomid daily for 30-90 days with testing every 30 days on FSH and LH to see where you stand. I would also consider keeping HcG running for 300iu 5 days per week. Theory is, you want your sac to produce on its own and the 2 day gap every week encourages/nudges them to try and get "outta the nest" so to speak. Lastly, I would consider Aromasin every 3 days, or max 3 times per week (which is not the same as EOD). Aromasin will combat any estrogen created by HcG, free test, and keep you low in water weight.
This advice comes from my current issue with low T (52), low FSH and low LH.
I now have test above 260, and FSH and LH in normal range with use of this program at 45 days. Under supervision, it was recommended I continue this program for 3 months (maybe 4 months) with monthly testing to keep dosage's in check and insure progress. I hope this helps you.
ALL HOPE IS NOT LOST.
PM if needed.
rocketballzForf your age those numbers aren't good. You should be high normal across the board....if you had never cycled. Total test looks good, dfespite the low LH value, which is still in range but definitely low for a 25 yr old. Like Switch said below these numbers change on a very frequent basis throuighout the day. At least you're balls aren't toally fried and your pituitary is still firing. You won't get TRT from any doctor with these numbers. Thanks for posting the detailed bloods. The charts are cool
+1 for very detailed bloods. Keep us updated on what the doc thinks.
Hey bro, I understand your concern. Going to see your doc is a great idea. Your numbers, other than cholesterol, dont look bad at all. All within normal limits, which without any symptoms- your doc most likely isn't going to be concerned. There are so many variables that go into the fluctuation of numbers from one test to the next. LH/FSH, as well as free and total test, e2, etc, all fluctuate throughout the day and in response to various stimuli. You could be 1000 one day and half that the next. Doesn't mean your body isn't operating correctly.
Hypopituitarism is real far stretch from what I know about endocrinology. At least clinically, based on your lack of symptoms and lab work, it doesn't look like that right now.
What's the DAA 3mg at the end of that PCT stand for? Not familiar with that abbreviation.
Thanks for the input brotha! Appreciate it.
As for DAA, its D-Aspartic Acid and functions as a natural test booster. I've used it on an off before ever cycling and its always made me feel very good and usually comes with some nice gains so I threw it in there.
No problem man. I'm gonna look into the research behind DAA now, thanks!
rocketballzIt's a supplement that has scientifically been proven to boost test naturally but only for about 2 weeks. There's some scientific stuff out there, but that's the bottom line. I belive in the study they concluded that 3 grams of DAA/day increases LH output which transalated into something like a 40% rise in total test in normal healthy men, but like I said it has limitations, namely it's only effective for about 2 weeks. I could be wrong but its not a bad one to throw in the first two weeks of pct.
Thanks for the summation bro!
bigmurphI believe that you're lh and fsh might have been doing good due to the hcg now they have fallen can't help more than that but your making the smart move going to see your doc wish you the best brother
I had contemplated that but seeing that HCG has such a short half life, I feel like its affects on my LH would have been long gone by the time of the Feb 2016 tests, which was 5 months post PCT ending. Furthermore, if I am not mistaken, doesn't HCG actually suppress natural LH/FSH which would actually result in lower numbers? If anything, I think the clomid would have been responsible for the elevated numbers, but again, its very strange that at 5 months, things were great and now at 9, its a much different story.
Anyways man, thank you for the input. Much appreciated!
bigmurphYou could be completely right it makes sense
