Nice start bro, I think you could have made some good natural gains first though. I cant really be one to preach, cause I was experimenting with dball when i was your size and only 19 years old. We didnt have the internet back then, so it was all for nothing due to no research and being ignorant. At least you have the help with other peoples knowledge on this site. Take advantage of being lean and train hard. Also pm me about that bd stuff. I think im goin to toss it, cause it could skrew up my levels. Keep at it and track your progress. Some people are born with good genetics and your one of them. keep in touch
I actually feel a little bit more comfortable since u guys said that, cuz when the trainer told me 4.5% I was kinda freaked out like wtf thats way to skinny! 8-10% sounds a lot better.

Thx bro, ya im really killin it at the gym latley, and keepin it simple with a test only cycle, its my 2nd real cycle.
I have only used test in my 19 years. Its always worked extremely well for me.Good work !!!

I have to agree...4% is approaching professional BB comp-condition...actually unhealthy. I'd say closer to 8-10%, but very lean and looks great.
