So I had a couple really crashed vials, couldn't quite get them back into solution so i PMd naps, was really just asking him what he thought the best thing to do was and if it was crashed or moisture that was in it, he told me there is cold weather over there where it shipped from, and also immediately told me he was sending out replacements. I wasn't even trying to get replacements but that's how awesome naps is always putting customers first. He told me a good way to fix the other vials, and it worked! But he still wanted to send me these for peace of mind. These two are crystal clear, liquid gold. And airtight crimps. Perfect, thanks naps!
