+ 19 From Crippled To Rippled
So if you have seen my previous posts and pictures, I was always pretty thick and solid, I’d never really considered myself show material because it’s more of a way of life a passion to lift heavy shit and look jacked but I couldn’t ever be bothered with the dieting etc, especially now I’ve got kids and a business.
16 months ago I had triple lower lumbar spinal fusion surgery. Changed my life drastically. I was super depressed and high 24/7 on pain meds (which I’d always had issues with due to pain) I admit I was deadlifting ridiculous heavy and my ego got the better of me sometimes. Even lifting 85kg dumbbells up by myself with no spot would put significant stress on my back when getting them into position. But because I had never had a problem in the past, when the chronic pain started I just ignored it. Anyway I’m not gonna drag on, but I’m 43 now and have had Spine, shoulder and knee surgeries (multiple knees, and bicep reattachment) so to all the young guns out there watch your body’s and spend time warming up ect.
My body obviously lost a lot of muscle but I maintained a steady low dose of test right through to try and reduce loosing everything and help with my recovery.
My back is slowly getting some thickness to it again but I can’t deadlift or squat yet so that’s always a bummer because it really helps with that thickness and core strength. I’ve been using a belt squat pulley machine and light leg press. Lots of leg extension, I’m still having issues with my glutes from the surgery (trauma) and they won’t “turn off” unless I’m literally lying down. So at the end of the day I’m so sore I’ll start to cramp up. I’m still doing physio for it all though it’s something I’ve got to be patient with.
Good chest and shoulder strength coming back, and arms are going well.
Diet is hight protein smoothie for breakfast, custard or yogurt protein snack for mid morning, high calorie protein meal for lunch (muscle chef usually) protein shake mid afternoon, banana before training and then another protein shake after training.
Dinner whatever the missus is cooking! Then usually another protein shake before bed!
Lately I’ve been using the product from my two favourite suppliers listed below.
I’ve been cruising and blasting -
Blasting (first big blast) 1 gram of supertest 450 per week, and Anadrol 100mg a day for 5 weeks. Then Deca 600mg for the total 12-13 weeks.
Break 200 mg test for 6 weeks and then I’ve been changing it up to 400mg of test E, tren ace 100mg eod (400mg per week) and NPP150mg eod (450mg pw ). I’ve also been alternating between Adrol and dbol kind of 4 weeks on Adrol then 4 weeks on dbol. I’ve also been trying the TNE/OXY 70/30 mix from Ultima, I pin 30 minutes before training with NPP and man!! It’s insane.
Now before everyone gets on about the amount of gear I’m getting bloods done regularly and don’t drink alcohol or anything so everything looks good.
The NPP from Parra is amazing stuff, really helping me with my joints and strength is picking up quickly.
Highly recommend PP NPP 150 mg it’s amazing.
I’m weighing in at 108kg and pretty happy with the bodyfat ratio. It’s getting better. For a while I was putting on muscle but loosing weight at the same time so it was kinda annoying me because everyone’s obsessed with tge scales right!? But you shouldn’t really worry about it because it’s how you look and feel! But still good to monitor.
So I’m in a much happier place now and I’m finally getting my training back to an enjoyable pace!
I’m just about ready to go for a decent break again and get ready for the winter bulk season. I got some good long acting esters like Deca 500 and Eq 500, plenty of Dbol, Adrol and PP Var 50mg for the finish fluid retention loss. I’m using the last of my tren now and I think I’m done with it, honestly it’s just to much of a mental rollercoaster, the bloody sheets soaked at night is just annoying pain and I honestly think there is plenty of other good products out there that can achieve very similar results in a much more subtle and friendly way to get your target physique.
I’ve also been taking 50mg of Proviron a day to help with the estro and found it works.
I only take Aromaisin 25mg twice a week.
Caber with the two 19nors is a must .5 twice per week.
NAC every day, Liver cleanser and all the usual vitamins.
Taurine is great! Love it a hour before training (if I can).
I order from both OsGear.se and UGfreak.to (I can’t seem to put both on the list) love them both. Sorry if I’m not allowed to write both! I’ll edit if it’s a problem but they are the ones that got me back!

Are the last 3 pics post surgery as well? If so, how long after did you snap those?
Yes brother, all post post surgery and would you believe it i also have another major surgery on my shoulder and bicep reattachment. So spinal surgery was 18 months give or take and then full shoulder reconstruction 8 months ago. Doctors were all telling me I was stupid but it’s the one thing I’ve got that’s makes me feel good, confident and happy.
I kept taking test through the whole thing so
I didn’t loose all my muscle. Just a cruise of 200mg test C. Should see some of my pics pre surgery!
I was throwing 60kg dumbbells up over my head (shoulder press) with no effort, for 10 reps. If it wasn’t for my damn spine and shoulder giving out on me. But it was always an issue for a long time, I just choose to ignore the pain.
Seems to me like you’re making a damn good recovery! Rn I’m dealing with the same issue in my right knee. Been ignoring the issue for a decade at least. Now, it’s starting to really be painful and becoming an issue. Guess I’ll be having surgery done sometime in the not so distant future. If there’s any advice I can give to these younger guys; don’t ignore the pain. It’ll only bite you in the end. Glad to see you’re doing so much better brother!
Exactly right, I was being arrogant and letting my ego get the best of me. But also as I said, it’s the only thing I have in my life that keeps me sane!
If I could start over from a young age again, I would hundred percent spend more time on warming up, stretching and not focusing on just the heaviest weights possible.
Inevitably what’s going to happen? Is going to happen so, you can only give advice but these young guns these days just look at guys on TikTok and Instagram and I’ll do anything to look like them. I get them coming up to me in the gym all the time., praising me. Sometimes I sit and watch them, and how bad there form is. I feel like saying something but I don’t want to be that guy..
Thanks for your feedback, brother.
Thanks for the story.
I believe you could try using a portable programmable muscle stimulator machine with interchangeable electrodes to address the issue with the hypertonicity of your glutes (if I understood you correctly). Modern models are quite powerful and allow for the necessary modes for this.
Knees (probably meniscus?), shoulder, bicep tear, lower back... serious background.
If you could warn young guys based on your experience, what would you say is the main cause of injuries?
Hey mate, thanks for your comment.
Have I tried TNE/Tren? Hell no! But I would have maybe a few years back. As I said in my post I’m just going through all my Tren supply and then I’m gonna say goodbye to it. I’m over waking up soaked sheets, feeling aggravated and not really myself. Look, it’s a fantastic compound to seriously transform yourself in the least amount of time, but it’s a young man’s game I think. When I say young man I’m referring to 25-40 something like that.
I transition from one compound to the other by usually just jumping straight into a low dose of Dbol (say we are going from Adrol to Dbol), like 40mg per day and work up to maybe 80mg or 100mg of Dbol.
Reversed I would just do 50mg of Adrol in morning and 50mg before training.
I don’t believe those electro machines would be any good for my glutes situation because they are constantly engaged and imagine flexing your biceps all day nonstop, at the end of the day they gonna be pretty sore right? That’s what’s going on with my glutes, since my surgery they’re always engaged and in a kind of a reflex mode. I literally got to the front door of my physio after work and started having the most intense cramps that I had to crawl into the lift. It was lucky I was in a medical building so I could get aided and cared for. But maybe for other areas it could be an option?
Knees were a mess, long story but I’ve had bilateral surgery on both knees.
Shoulder reconstruction with bicep attachment.
And the spinal fusion surgery of course, I’ve also had other surgery’s for non gym related injuries. hard life!!
My advice to young lifters out there is to take it slow and steady and the heavy lifting. Warming up is a a must and if you can stretch after sessions you will be keeping your ligaments and tendons in good condition. Ego lifts are a big problem. But hey, we always want to go for that big PR and test ourselves. It’s just imperative to try and keep your form up.
Does that answer all your questions bud?
The TNE/OXY 70/30 was dynamite. I’ll definitely do that again. Also injectable Dbol is good.
I kind of want to cut out all orals except AIs and SERMS ect as they can upset my stomach a bit and make my appetite worse. Var is good as well.
Nice work! Great story! Keep it up!
Thank you my man!
Hell yea congrats on your journey back! Stuff like this makes this forum great. Most except defeat but we have nothing but savages on here that push through what ever life throws at them. You’re a great example of that. Get it!
Awesome response thanks dude means a lot!
That Dark red tube mate - Is that draining fluid from your back after the surgery?
Yes!! It was blood. I was in ICU for three days. Had to have a blood transfusion. I thought you were talking about that porn site. Hahahah oh mate that’s gold
Looks like blood hanging. Replacement, post surgery.
How many pints would you say you lose in a surgery like this?
A lot.. I was in a critical condition for 3 days. I can hardly remember anything except my wife feeding me crushed ice slowly as I had a constant supply of ketamine and morphine pumping through me so I could hardly move.
Haha hey? What do you mean by that? I had to have a blood transfusion in hospital after my surgery i lost so much blood. I was in ICU for 3 days. Was fucked.
Lol after triple Lumbar surgery you'll need blood. What L vertebrae were affected? I bet L4and L 5 were involved
I saw your answer below Jimmy.. Damn S1- L4
Yeah it’s not letting me reply and like messages in certain places anymore, I don’t know what’s going on.
Press asked about the red tube. I told him it’s probably blood replacement from surgery, which is what you said, blood transfusion.
I’m in medical field boss.
Haha spot on. I thought he was talking about redtube the porn site hahahahha wow awkward haha
Nothing else to do these days late at night! Chat to you blokes and flog the dolphin ;)
I get this comment now LMAO I did wonder what the hell is he on about?!!!

Cheers bro
One of the most defining things about this is proving your resiliency. Going from feeling down down to turning back into your best possible self is inspiring. Good on you my brother, happy for you and welcome back!
Thank you for your taking the time to respond mate means a lot. ----
Amazing! Keep up the great work!
No, thank you!!
Damn man you look great. Keep up the good work
Thanks mate! Still got some work to do but
I’m getting there.,
I love seeing stories like this.
Love to share with this forum. It’s weird because I’m not usually the kind of person who would do stuff like this. Almost like an AA or a NA meeting haha.
Lol I'm similar so I can understand ya on that attention thing....not wanting the attention but man you have to understand that some folks need to see this! Lol they're sitting on their fancy sectional couch complaining and blaming the world for their issues. Playing the victim and not even trying to look in the mirror lol. Well I think you're forcing them to get up and take a look at the mirror. Don't mean to keep commenting but that needed to be said. Take care boss man!
Thanks brother, truly thank you --
Keeping it real with the real that's all. Take care
Was posterior lumbar interbody fusion from like S1 ro L4 and titanium hardware! I also got several anchors in my shoulder haha I light up like a Christmas tree when I go through customs!
Na actually the titanium doesn’t affect the scanners, although they gave me a special pass to carry with me in case. Lol
Lol
Holy shit amazing ! Congratulations
Thanks heaps legend! Appreciate your time responding.
I remember your injury and to see your progress is amazing. Glad to see you're in a happy place. To see your progress is absolutely amazing my man coming from your situation. Goes to show that the mind is key. Stay strong and positive. Action speak way louder than words and I'm hearing ya loud and clear. Good job. Stay strong and safe.
Hell yeah brother!
Proud of you bro! Keep it up
Thanks mate.
Damn brother, I don't comment on much, but this is great to hear. That right there is some dedication and mental power to get past it to where you currently stand. Keep it up! Great to hear and see success stories. I've had issues with pain killers in the past and know just how hard it is to kick those alone. Definitely agree on the belt squat. I been using that machine for a while now to just keep the heavy weight off my spine and honestly really love the constant time under tension it provides.
Again, congrats and great to hear you are doing better
