+ 58 From 22% 225lbs to 8% 183lbs.........What I've learned, and what fat loss drugs/strategies worked best (for me at least)
Finally at somewhere I'm happy, proud, and content. It's funny that when I officially started cutting, I told myself I'd be happy around 12% BF.
But no, setting high goals and standards makes life fun and challenging. Hell, I might even try to go as low as 6-7%.
But anyways, Eroids has been a huge contribution to my fat losses, I learned a ton of tricks and strategies here!
1)I LOVE Vikings no carbs after 2pm! I follow that protocol everyday and it works! Its hard to workout in the evening and eat NO CARBS afterwards, but your body will adapt! I'm an Endomorph by nature, so low carbs works best for me.

2)DNP has been the most amazing fat loss drug I've ever used. I've tried t3 and clen with not much success. Ran 3 cycles @ 400mg crystal for 2 weeks. Keep it low, do your homework on how to take it safely, and enjoy the benefits. The effects heavily outweighed the sides. At a low dose, the sweat wasn't a big issue. Also run crystal, its cleaner and less sides!
3)I did ZERO cardio. If you're in a caloric deficit, cardio just seems to expend more energy. I lift pretty hard at a fast rate and try to keep my heart rate above 140bpm. I power walk through the gym with purpose and people get out of my way.
4)I don't count calories anymore. I eat until not full. I never eat until I'm full. But heres my current diet if anyones wondering. It's pretty simple and cheap, as I am in a budget. I understand its not a complete nutritious diet but I don't have $$$ to blow on groceries.
Breakfast shake
1 cup raw oats
2 scoops whey
1 tbsp natural peaunt butter
Lunch
1 tsp coconut oil
1 Cup brown rice
3 Whole eggs
8 oz lean ground turkey
PWO shake
2 scoops whey
Random snacks - Handful almonds or edamame
Dinner
1 tsp coconut oil
12oz Tilapia / Salmon / Cod
2 cups Broccoli / String beans
5)I do 1 abdominal exercise. Hanging leg raises with ab straps. And I raise my legs until they hit the attachment bar. I do 2 sets to failure 3x a week.

Awesome job.
all this from just DNP?
Damn bro, that is very impressive. In all honesty, I'm envious by that. Do you think the DNP helped you that much? Great work bro. Keep it up! +1
Honestly, it helped me break through mental plateaus. I had the hardest time getting past 13% BF. DNP helped motivate me because once I saw the outline of my abs for the first time in 25 years, I was like yeah, I can do this
Very impressive. I really like the diet. I cant believe that is you...lol!!

Hell of a job! +2
What was the timeline to this? Having relied on DNP - you will need to watch that genetic predisposition else itll creep back
Naturally thats probably about 16 weeks of hard work....so be keen to learn how long the whole thing took WITH DNP?
Obv its an amazing change and one that must have made a huge different to you and well done.
My last DNP cycle was in April. It got me down to 10%. I haven't gained any fat as long as I keep my diet clean and cheat meals in moderation.
This timeframe was about a year. There was a LOT of cheat days and meals in between plus plenty of drunken nights and other stupid shit....
Yeah, 16 weeks of super strict hard work could be attainable but I like to live life, eat out, and not be a bodybuilding robot. Hey, lifes about choices.
But thank you
AnonWow , amazing results !! Thank you for sharing ++
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkThats awesome. Whoever down voted should be banned for life and have their nuts chopped off.
Good fukn work brother! +2
Amazing work bro.

IMO the best part is the muscle you were able to retain throughout this whole process. What do you attribute that to? Also what is the timeframe of this transformation? Any AAS?
Just lifting hard and heavy with good technique and keeping protein high. I',m a natural endomorph so staying big isn't an issue losing fat is lol
that dragon tattoo looks way sicker now.
wow super impressive!!! you shouldve done the EBC
BOOOOM BOOOOM BOOOOM............... This is what its all about right here!!
Brpther im stealing this thread to add to the "get ripped thread" hope you dont mind but you have done me proud and proved its the boss once again...... +3 bro but more respect for the work and pain involved in the transformation......... PHUCKING AMAZING!!!
Awesome! Thanks VIking! Means a lot coming from you!

JRambo
AnonNice work, any aas cycles with this?
Im on 500mg test and 300mg masteron right now. But I didn't cycle thaaaaaaat much...I lost wayy more fat with DNP than any other AAS
Wow, amazing work. Congrats!
AnonWhat do u mean bout running 3 cycle at 2weeks did u take a break in between?for how long? Great transformation +1
FRsent
Yeah I ran 3 DNP cycles @ 2 weeks each. I took about 2-3 month breaks in between
Excellent narrative to go with your picture! Lookin sharp!
Those are amazing results bro.
Nice work bro. How long between pics?
About 15 months. There were PLENTY of cheat WEEKENDS in between lol.
So do you think you can maintain without using dnp or will you continue using it on and off? I fucking hate all of these "weight loss" products or whatever you wanna call them. They all seem to do the same shit to me, jack me way the fuck up at first and then after a couple weeks of use they just make me lethargic as fuck all day long.
Great Job Sir!
Perfect example of what happens when you do your research!
imperivmGreat job bro!
