+ 58 From 22% 225lbs to 8% 183lbs.........What I've learned, and what fat loss drugs/strategies worked best (for me at least)

ad

Finally at somewhere I'm happy, proud, and content. It's funny that when I officially started cutting, I told myself I'd be happy around 12% BF.

But no, setting high goals and standards makes life fun and challenging. Hell, I might even try to go as low as 6-7%.

But anyways, Eroids has been a huge contribution to my fat losses, I learned a ton of tricks and strategies here!

1)I LOVE Vikings no carbs after 2pm! I follow that protocol everyday and it works! Its hard to workout in the evening and eat NO CARBS afterwards, but your body will adapt! I'm an Endomorph by nature, so low carbs works best for me.

2)DNP has been the most amazing fat loss drug I've ever used. I've tried t3 and clen with not much success. Ran 3 cycles @ 400mg crystal for 2 weeks. Keep it low, do your homework on how to take it safely, and enjoy the benefits. The effects heavily outweighed the sides. At a low dose, the sweat wasn't a big issue. Also run crystal, its cleaner and less sides!
3)I did ZERO cardio. If you're in a caloric deficit, cardio just seems to expend more energy. I lift pretty hard at a fast rate and try to keep my heart rate above 140bpm. I power walk through the gym with purpose and people get out of my way.
4)I don't count calories anymore. I eat until not full. I never eat until I'm full. But heres my current diet if anyones wondering. It's pretty simple and cheap, as I am in a budget. I understand its not a complete nutritious diet but I don't have $$$ to blow on groceries.

Breakfast shake
1 cup raw oats
2 scoops whey
1 tbsp natural peaunt butter

Lunch
1 tsp coconut oil
1 Cup brown rice
3 Whole eggs
8 oz lean ground turkey

PWO shake
2 scoops whey

Random snacks - Handful almonds or edamame

Dinner
1 tsp coconut oil
12oz Tilapia / Salmon / Cod
2 cups Broccoli / String beans

5)I do 1 abdominal exercise. Hanging leg raises with ab straps. And I raise my legs until they hit the attachment bar. I do 2 sets to failure 3x a week.

How many weeks did it take you to reach 8% BF with your diet and training?

Again, killer job!

Awesome job!! +1
I have a ton of alliances DNP. But I was scared to run it cause the weather was to warm & I work with hot stuff all the time (steamfitter/welder)

MuayThaiGuasian's picture

Yeah you will burn up like crazy! I worked an office job, and I had a fan at my desk and was still sweating noticeably that my co workers was asking me whats wrong lol

I'm thinking I'll run a few 2 week cycles after the bulker I'm on now. It will be winter & I'll be outside a lot. Did you notice much lose in muscle while on DNP?

MuayThaiGuasian's picture

Honestly no. I kept protein high and lifted hard and heavy.

Great job bro that's a huge change

Thanks for all the kind words guys, love this site!

DNP really isn't that bad IMO...respect the drug, do your research and take it properly at low doses the sides were manageable. Clen gave me the worst sides, heart palpitations at night, uncontrollable shakes, I could barely chop onions cause I was shaking like a meth addict!

Fantastic transformation, you should be proud if yourself. +1

Amazing work bro.. surprised clen/t3 combo did not work.. kind of want to stay away from DNP.. was thinking of trying those on my next cutting cycle along with VIKING's no carb after 2pm... seems to yield great results!!

Great accomplishment! +2

I thought the same thing bro. But I just thought that it may be because initially a couple guys thought he was talking about crystal meth, hahaha.

Yeah I wasn't sure what he meant by crystal but holy shit man that's a great transformation!!
How many months did it take you? and of course +1

MuayThaiGuasian's picture

LMAO not crystal meth.

DNP in crystal form, and not powder form. I'm not a chem major, but I believe freebase form is powder.

flacidego's picture

Congrats on working to get a physique you can be proud of! I'm reading and the consensus is that the crystal kicks in faster and has less of a half life than the powder. Is that true in your experience if you've used both?

MuayThaiGuasian's picture

Thank you!

Ive used both. My first time was powder and I felt SOOOO SHITTY!!!! The sides were terrible and it was dosed at 500mg per day for 2 weeks

The crystal didnt kick in any faster then the powder did. It takes 72 hours for it to fully build up in your system

flacidego's picture

I'm wondering the same thing. Is regular old DNP a sulfate form and this "crystal" is a hydrochloride salt that is cleaner? Looking into it now...
