Hate to do this to a source but this is simply unacceptable, discgusting, and scary. White stuff floating in a vial of hulks npp. Maybe if he would reply to messages i wouldnt have posted this..idk.. Im highly disappointed. Not to mention half of my pack (my genshi products) havent arrived and its well past due.

I can't really tell what yours looks like by the photo. From what I'm reading "crashed" NPP looks like it has crystals floating in it? Mine looks like tiny gray feathers. I heated it and it seemed to help, but some of the "feathers" are between the stopper and the glass. All three of the bottles I got are the same. Should I be pinning this? The other products I got from the same supplier in the same shipment look OK.

Looks like it crashed a little heat it up bro and shit will be g2g. Hit it with a hair dryer are a lighter. If u have a old radiator heater in Ur place u can set Ur vial on it (while its on).

BostonBrp I see banner and Phoenix have already addressed the issue but im here to reassure you that those aren't bad floaters. The gear is just a little crashed. My friend these dudes are putting out very pure high quality gear and it happens very easily. I have had this same issue with the same hulk npp. Mine was crashed but I just heated it back up, took 10 minutes and they were gone bro. I have pics posted of the results I got with the exact product you have in your hands. Check them out. I loved hulks npp. Everything they have is on par with pharm grade. Ive ran both so I know. No worries brother.
Hey, Broette. What you have is a slightly crashed bottle. I had it happen to a couple if bottles that I had. It's an easy fix. You can either take a hair dryer to it for a couple off bites or what I do is take just a regular pocket lighter and heat it up with that. Either you will be fine. I ran both bottles after and no issues.

the shit floating is called "crashed gear"... yea, a lot of my gear has been crashing but that because I am compensating for 60-80% pure powders. not even gonna try and explain it again. ... even the metropiller npp has crashed, I cant help the raws I can get, I just try to make it right by the customer.. and then you nice folks come in here all "I hate to do this but"..

Dr. BannerHey man its the weekend I like to have a little time off every now and then. Shoot me a pm and Ill get you a reship of whatever you want however the gear in the pic is perfectly fine. TPP has the same problem as NPP and if it is dosed PROPERLY it is very hard to keep in suspension especially with any minor temperature changes. Genshi products are shipped separately considering that is a different source.

it looks like its a little crashed, warm in in some water and it should go away. while its not supposed to crash ive ran crashed bottles down to the last 1/4ml by just warming for a few minutes before pinning.

Man I don't have much of a desire to use hulk but the things I been seeing are not looking good at all. It seems everyone has complained about lack of communication and I have seen lots of crashed gear and broken vials. I know many consider hulj as best gear and a top source and he may have been but things change quickly as we have seen hopefully he figures this out with his.brewer. nobody wants to have to un crash their gear... Good luck to him

Just my point below, you should let banner know this so he can get his shit inline and you sould get some more gear for being his new brewers test subject. IMHO the sources should put out a PUBLIC STATEMENT that says that they are switching brewers cause that's were the prduct counts IMHO.

From what I've seen it is the carrier oil that allows it to crash, and sometimes the sources don't know this until they get input from customers, so maybe you and hulk can work something out since there has obviously been several people here with the hulk NPP. Have him try a different recipe and see if its more stable and tell him to send you a free sample since you reported it to him. That's how it should work out IMHO

Yep its crashed, Try heating it up. Boil some water and turn it off and set vial in water for about 5 minutes and it should be good to go. I have a glass stove top and when I have crashed gear just turn the knob and let it heat up a few seconds, turn it off and then turn it up a few seconds and turn it off again at this point I tap the stove top with my fingers to see how hot it is and if it doesn't burn me I just see the vial on the stove top for about 5 minutes and it works great. shake vial a little at this point, sometimes it doesn't stay suspended in cold environment and you have to reheat it again.

I've had sme TNE look just like this pic, had it sitting in my jacket by the door during winter and the cold air got to it. I talked with the source and he said heat t up it was crashed. I did and it was fine after that, and made sure I had it stored in a warm environment to keep it stable. It pinned smooth and the TNE worked great preworkout same as always. I guessing this NPP did the same thing somehow. Short esters seem to crash easier.

Yeah 2/4 of my npp bottles received this week were crashed....blow dryer fixxed the problem...but how much should we have to deal with fixing crashed gear idk what some people think is ok others don't. Some sources would be like oh shit my bad here are some more vials not crashed. Banner told me "boil some water and hey at least you know it's real" I'm like ok bruh last hulk order lol

That's fine I cleared it up with a blow dryer before I received the response from you. I can't message you and tell you to reship me...I asked for help in the matter and your idea of help was to tell me how to boil my bottles and good to know at least it's real. (I shouldnt have to tell you what kind of customer service to provide me,just do you, and if im not happy im sure youll be fine without my business lol) That's not my idea of help in the matter but I don't care about the couple little bottles.
