I had to do the same with some 300mg Test Cyp once due to cold weather but was able to get away with just running it under hot water from the sink.
I've wondered that myself, I guess any temperature that is just out of the "normal" range that any gear is best at, if its good, it crashes. I've never gotten a good explanation for it. I've never had a problem with any gear crashing in the summer just that once in the winter but I've seen it happening more in the summer.... Strange... If you get an explanation as to why let me know, that would be good info for future reference.
