+ 5 First time posting bloods - monthly test

ad

Blood was drawn 45 minutes after morning workout and was not fasted. Running 400mg Test E and 50mg Test suspension (pharmacom) 5 days a week pre workout. Using script arimidex from my doc to keep E in check, normally like to sit around 30-40, thats where i feel best, pretty damn close even with the suspension. RDW high and MCH/MCHC low as well as carbon dioxide low (first time getting that result).

Last months test had AST at 142 and ALT at 284. Nice to see those levels have dropped significantly in the last month.

Tried labcorp instead of quest this time and forgot the LC/MS/MS test is not standard, slightly annoyed as i wanted to see levels on the suspension.

Anyways, first time sharing labs on Eroids. Feedback welcome!

I think the elevated AST and ALT is a result of liver working overtime getting rid of toxins released during my workout 45 minutes prior to blood being drawn. Looking into it more. Alcohol is rare, and if i do its a glass or 2 of red wine.

Next test i will be doing on an off day. From what im reading most of my abnormal results can be caused by intense exercising before blood being drawn. Better safe than sorry, will move up my next labs to the end of this month instead of next month.

This blast has another 8 weeks, then its back to TRT dose for a while.

Thanks rusty

Pickle you want a true picture of what's going on. When you get tested after exercise your wasting your $'s and can potentially hide a real problem. Wait at least 24hrs and make sure you fast. The reason for fasting is that supplement you took could affect your test. If your getting upper 100's to 200's on ALT and AST it's NOT from your workout.
You low CO2 is an indication your blood is acidic which can throw your electrolytes off. Cause since your came from the gym Lactic acidosis. But I want you to understand that when take a blood test it's just a picture at that time. If you train before it you could hide a potential problem or cause yourself testing that's not needed. You know what else causes lactic acidosis since you mentioned it in one of your posts..cancer. Test smart dude it will save you a lot of headaches in the long run.

MegaT thank you for the info, it is greatly appreciated. To be honest, i never fast for any of my blood work, Im too damn hungry all the time. Now that i know how greatly that can impact results I will make sure to fast.

Regarding this post https://www.eroids.com/pics/dhb-provi-eq-lipid-panel-iron-deficiency
Do you think the lactic acidosis combined with sever iron deficiency anemia point to some form of cancer? Colo and endo are scheduled for Jan. What other issues could cause those 2 results?

AST and ALT were 60-90 on previous blood work running provi and adrol.
AST 45 and ALT 40 on previous blood work running no orals
