hey guys so i am happy with the result even though i got 5th i learned a lot and got new motivation to strive better!posing is a lot of hard work!lol
1st pic is a few weeks before the show in prep
2nd is a day out sodium depleted,water depleted and carb loaded
3rd and so on are either on stage or after prejudjing in my back yard before the night show.all the pics i got so far.
my weight is 240.2 height 6.5 and a quater.body fat 8.5%
