Pinning the trained muscle group on the left and right sides makes sense, but since IGF-1 LR3 has a 36 hour half-life, someone like me who doesn’t want to bother can do a single injection per day. Whether it’s intramuscular or subcutaneous doesn’t make a significant difference either.
