I tried to add 1:1 bac water but nothing has changed , now add 2:1 and is better but for 5iu aqua 0.5ml i must add 1ml bac water , the skin is no longer red but the burning remains

Thats too bad bro. I have had the good batches and the one that was causing problems for people, luckily it never effected me. Have you tried IM?
