You’re 1000% about a great source & best customer service. Absolutely a rock solid source! I’m team PA!
I can say I had back off a bit as
My knuckles were very stiff through my forearms. I refinish cars for day job & fuck I could feel it. My diet hasn’t changed, training has stayed on coarse. I have went from waking at 188.4lbs consistent, I have been consisting 195-195.7. I did bump test to 300, deca to 200 & added 100mastE. So I can’t place it all on GH , but I am fuller and stronger. The recovery is awesome , I trained everyday this week and today is definitely a rest day. I snapped a few pics last night. I’ll throw one up in couple min.

Where did you get that mask?lol

Triggerman83's picture

It’s just a “sticker” made from a photo. Neat trick for iPhone.

Ps android 4lyfe

I figured that out after reading the comments and looking closer, but already had it typed, figured it would be a compliment

DeeMan's picture

Is that my manz BIG BANE??? That respirator!

Triggerman83's picture

Bro I got loads on deck, learned how to grab “stickers” with iPhone from pics. I have a shit load from hunting tattoo images. I’ve been a refinish tech for 20years and always like the style. It’s easier than blacking out or blurring, just click and add sticker.

You did a good job. At first at a glare I thought you had a mask on.

Triggerman83's picture

Bro that’s the compliment that means the most. I am FUCKING TERRIBLE with techy stuff / electronics. It took me a week to figure out how to get to source talk area!!! When I tell you it took me days to figure out and grasp Coinbase and digital wallets. Literal fucking days , I have a performance coach in the UK , we knock heads often bc I hate the spreadsheets he has me doing & I track everything than fail the “my computer” exam.

Really? I figured you were a tech type guy. But yeah man you got me when I first looked at your pic on post. Lol I had to zoom in

Triggerman83's picture

Yes, as much as I love the techsy stuff I definitely struggle. My wife still makes fun of me from the “ear pods” comment at bestbuy. The young guy helping me was bright red , trying his best not to laugh at the “old fuck”. My wife strolls over and saves him by busting my balls. as they both laugh at me. Fucking ear pods.

I'm no tech guy myself but I'm somewhat in the loop but not totally lol. My niece is definitely ahead of most adults though

Bro I’m truly digging the basement gym setup; how long you been lifting at home?

Nothing wrong with a home gym, but I really like seeing the scenery of a packed gym floor. The looks from the other gym goers when you get in your zone… I’d like to say I’m above the petty vanity of one upping them but let’s face it I’m not lol

Ohh I absolutely feel you on this. I train legs atleast twice a week at a commercial gym, when work & life allow I go more often. I can say I enjoy the scenery also.

Same here. Underground is where my gym is found!!! Even got the good ole flag on the wall

I upgraded from squat towers in 2016. I love the free weights. I bought extended dumbbell handles (18”) like a year ago that has been my real jam! I buy all the local cheap / vintage 5lb plates and can load these up to 75lbs.

Nice pic. I love my free weights. Besides old rusted plates in my gym, those plates that you have are my favorite to lift. The 45 plates with rubber....nooo sir

Triggerman83's picture

I only have 200lbs of rubber plates on a hex bar bc was fucking my floor (rubber mats) . I love the steel, especially some of the old steel plates. USA stuff. I refinish cars for a living, so have easy access to the chemicals to strip and coat the old plates. If they are to bad I don’t mess with, but most of the older stuff is so hard the rust dosent eat in as you would think. Marketplace is full of dirty weights for .50/lb or better. Last haul I got almost 130lbs of 1” plates various sizes , but paired for $55.

Out of likes but that's what I'm talking about. And when it comes to the floor then yeah gotta have that rubber but anything besides that my gym doesn't allow. Rust everywhere. And for 55 bucks that's a steal for 130 pounds of plates

Game changer! Best of luck with it.

Thanks man! Im here now!!! From the extended research I’m really looking forward to the results. Started with 2iu , assumed I’d head towards the 4. Seems achy joints / hands are what lots say is a sign to lower? Any personal input?

RobertB80's picture

Yes build up slowly from 2iu and start splitting doses. I do mine upon waking and before sleep. Got some achy joints and numbness in hands but dropped dosage then upped again and have stayed at 6iu daily for many months without sides. You’ll build new muscle and fat will melt off you if you stick with it. Let us know how you get on.

Triggerman83's picture

Thanks brother! I will absolutely keep current on here. Thanks for the info. the one thing I realized is that I should have committed & ordered 2 100iu kits to start! lol hind site and all. I fooled with peptides from trt clinic and the cjc1295 was like a 90 day dose- In a 10ml vial . I didn’t do any mental math & I had thought that the 100iu kit was going to last.

2iu is considered replacement therapy. 3.33 fat burning , over that would be considered a body building dose.

Thank you very much. This simple explanation is perfect!!!

Thanks man, I really hate how clear mentally I see my failures of past. Knowing that time is gone makes the push 10x harder. I should have this already. I sincerely appreciate your comment.

Yeah. Life gets in the way and your health takes a back seat.

Don't we all mate, don't we all Lol Gotta move on though, the past is done with - show me a single person that wouldn't have done things differently at various points in their life, maybe even their whole life up until now. All we got is right now, this moment - this second. Live in the present & the future Good

Triggerman83's picture

Every damn day bro!!!! I live everyday in the now; clear and present. It’s a different day when WE burn the day, not the “day” burns us!
